Hate to be that guy, but the "Live" page is broken.

The lag in posting was killing the place now it is like new again

Can we get the envelope working again -please

For anyone not getting the results they'd like or have been reported as being faster, might I suggest cleaning/clearing your Cache. I wasn't seeing the improvement till after I had done a good cleaning (I also let CCleaner do a clean-out).

I noticed immediately an increase of pages loading lightning fast.

Can you confirm you are saying that the "LIVE" page is working for you? Or is the latest thread "silent rotor technology" because its been that for a few days.

This is the main thing people are saying isn't working.

Sorry for the late reply... (earthquakes and all here in California), But yes it was working then and is working still now.

Thanks Johnny, really appreciate you trying it.

That's a big bummer though cause there's a fair chunk of us for which it is still not functioning at all. Page is stuck on 'silent rotor technology' and its still the latest thread.

It's been widely reported here (which got closed in favour of continuing the discussion in the Server Maintenance Thread which I suppose is fair enough. But again apart from yourself saying it's working, we have little to go on.

Is there a way you can log in as a regular folk with no mod powers and then see if it's working? (it looks like it's refreshing, but it doesn't).


Unless of course LIVE page breaking was the cause of those Cali quakes! The timing does seem suspicious!
