Background- Emu War of 1932:

Location: Australia

Belligerents: Sir George Pearce
Major G.P.W. Meredith
Royal Australian Artillery

Vs

Emus.

Result: Australians still live under Emu rule.

Now:

After decades of oppression under Emu rule, it seems that some Aussies are beginning to fight back. Are we seeing the precursors for the next war?

Aussie horrifically attacks an Emu.

Emu Gold mine disaster of 1989. The official story of this is that flooding drowned 6 workers, but is it possible that Emu's targeted this mine because of the name, and possibly conducted a cyber attack?

Emus invade town to steal their water.

Is a second war glaring us in the face people? Tensions are clearly reaching a flash point. Two enemies have been forced to share an isolated island for almost a hundred years after war, where is the UN on this?

Discuss.

In the US we had the same problem. Here's how it ended:

Bastards. I will have a word with them when I get home tonight.

And what about the Cats? What are they up to? I read somewhere about some mind controlling cat parasite or something.

Toxoplasma gondii is no joke of a parasite. Link Estimated to infect 2 billion human hosts.

Who's the pet, and who's the master? Cats are living rent free forcing their "owners" to constantly keep their food bowls overfilled because they won't eat the last few morsels.

We might be on to a grander conspiracy here. Almost all animals vs Humans.

At least we still have dogs, ammirite? *please, no one take that away form me*

That's the one. Quite scary. We have always had cats so I am definitely infected or whatever you call it. They do bring me little "presents" though. Birds, mice etc.

I bet it’s all the straight white nationalist Emus causing all the trouble

I think I saw one with a MAGA(Make Australia Great Again) hat on.

People should throw milkshakes at the Emus

The Emu are the secret leaders of Australia.

The UK "Tested" nuclear weapons in Emu Field in an attempt to defeat them. They even sent a Centurion 3 to try to eradicate them.

They failed, and the Emu kept the Centurion 3 as a trophy

Nuclear Test At Emu Field

An Australian Army Mk 3 Centurion Type K, Army Registration Number 169041, was involved in a small nuclear test at Emu Field in Australia in 1953 as part of Operation Totem1. Built as number 39/190 at the Royal Ordnance Factory, Barnbow in 1951 it was assigned the British Army number 06 BA 16 and supplied to the Australian Commonwealth Government under Contract 2843 in 1952

The last Emu war only subsided after the government put a bounty on the birds. Since that won't be happening again (as such an action would have no teeth or guns in it to fight back) capitulation may be your only option.

This war has such rich history.

It's like Pakistan vs India, but both enemies still occupied the same land.

One has to ask, did the war really ever end?

Just hope the Emu's close cousin the Cassowary doesn't get recruited into any uprising

My mum started feeding one bird she was feeling sorry for in the back yard, and then it went from one bird to a whole flock of pigeons.

People have said I am not exaggerating that if you go outside when the doggie is taken for a walk, it's like a scene out of a Hitchcock movie.

However, I think a flock of birds is like an ingenious alarm system too.

We're accustomed to it, but somebody who just climbs into the property somehow will get the fright of his life, when he startles an entire flock of pretty sizeable birds.

And apart from bread-crumbs, it's free, and works off the grid.

It's also a good investment in the case of famine.
