We've seen in recent weeks that since warships have been dispatched to the Persian gulf, incidents have been quite predictably targetting war with Iran.

But with who else?

US just wants war with Iran. One country at a time, down the 7 countries 5 years list or whatever.

Doubt it wants to take on Russia and China too. But who are Iran's biggest allies? And how will they respond to these perpetually mounting aggressions?

Not dozens...perhaps one dozen (if that).

It's merely a show of resolve to Iran that the US is prepared to take action if necessary.

As soon as the computer voice started I stopped the video.

f22's are fighters not bombers by the way.

Photographers happenchance spotted 12 days ago already.

Air force not disclosing how many, total;

nationalinterest.org...

The Air Force did not specify how many F-22s traveled to Qatar. Photographers spotted 12 of the radar-evading jets with “FF” tailcodes indicating they belong to the 1st Fighter Wing at Langley Air Force Base in Virginia.

Imagine the total # of birds and worse - nukes? - deployed to the region once they finally do engage!

Isn't it just a regular rotation?

The US spending money on the military like there's no tomorrow. There's a surprise!

It's 12, and it's a planned rotation. They replaced the Lakenheath F-15Cs that deployed to the area earlier this year. The F-22s went through Spain, with four KC-10s. One Raptor broke on the ground in Spain, and two others aborted back to Moron after getting airborne.

They're actually 192nd Fighter Wing, Virginia ANG. They're a mix of Langley and Tyndall aircraft. They deployed as TABOR flight.

Poor functioning aircraft is never great. The Germans know this. They just had two Eurofighters go down last week and now breaking that a German military helicopter has crashed, killing one... German military helicopter crashes killing one

The F-22, like most stealth aircraft, has a relatively low mission capable rate. I believe in 2017 it was somewhere around 65-68%. One of the biggest issues they have is skin related. They're going to miss the 2020 target for 80%, but it's steadily coming up.
