The only thing you need to teach thyself, is to win by any means necessary.

Opposable thumbs and all that jazz being a large part of the human experience.

Truth is, in this world, it's probably best to pick the fights you can win, or just sit and wait on your enemy floating past you on some metaphorical river.

But that's the whole point, you don't pick any fights but rather you stand on a line that says i won't bow down to anyone.
In order to do that you must master self defense and then no one will intimidate you but usually because fear is mastered in the process of mastering self defense the wannabe standover men usually see those lions eyes and just know they should move on.
The ones that still wanna try will as described before after constantly defending their attacks without striking back realize their barking up the wrong tree.

If "wining by any means necessary" you would master self defense then win forever more you would because anyone else who has awoken to this simple fact would never allow the situation to degenerate to the point of battle.

"Truth is" as i described respectfully.

There is no HONOR in striking another human being with intent.

Im 43 now so fighting with people is well in my past, or so i hope.

Lucky if i have 5 minutes left in me these days. LoL

But when i did fight, it was to win, to survive, seldom for anything as illusory as honor.

Missing the point woefully.

Its also about winning for me but without striking or feeling guilt for the pain ive inflicted. Even though they might have deserved it by their actions.

Honor is what the victor produces to vindicate their actions.

There is no honor to conflict, might be some in avoiding it all the same, canny buy anything with honor aside from credibility which simply makes you a target.

Was just trying to show not just you but anyone in future reading these posts that there is another way if the desire is there to not hurt other people but fully understand that if untrained in self defense then it's as you described - put down or be put down and then walked all over for ever more.
