Yep, a specops helo.

Back in my AF days I flew with the Hurlburt guys (both the MC-130 and PAVE LOW units), and back then they had quiet-rotor technology. It was oddly surreal...and this was 20+ years ago. I can only imagine how far that technology has advanced.
