Your thoughts are interesting, though I have points of disagreement (which I won't go into now). I believe that the co-mbined 'threefold path of
relationship - prayer & existence, or being' is perhaps of great importance.
--- Threefold path of prayer involves talking (being self aware & expressing the combined thoughts of your mind)..
--- It involves listening, being ready to hear & express oneself by being humble to explore oneself in the hearing of God's still, small voice...
--- It involves 'BEING' where our relationship is deepened, as we open ourselves to experience the present moment, oneself in respect to the whole
of creation, feeling alive & waiting on existence itself to cause us to connect with God, with Now, in Time, yet present as the only moment there can
ever be - which is right now, alive & aware in a cosmos of rich heritage & beauty, deep mystery & living Spirit which connects with our inner self
(Ne'Shemah' - the most inward point of our spirit as taught in Judaism).
As a Christian I have always been very active in prayer & the contemplative state of existence, being present especially to LISTEN to God's Spirit as
my awareness seepens & true Spirit dwells within. It is an amazing feeling, an amazing expression of RELATIONSHIP, ever able to lead us forward,
indeed, towards our mortality.
Blessings for you, thanks for asking the questions & reminding us of the MYSTERY which we all must come to terms with in some manner, within the
general chaos of our thoughts & self-expression, our memories of who we are, our plans for the future, our scattered thoughts in the present. We must
be PRESENT, in order to be PRESCIENT.
