My IATSE Update

Did my first show Friday. Was load in/load out. After load in, the BA asked me to be a deck hand for the show!

My understanding is that this is not a normal practice...but I have been doing this for 30 years.

Fantastic, but the offer still stands. NBC universal just moved here along with Netflix and are crying for grips and gaffers for the new TV and film shows. And Disney is coming back with a new SFX studio and have already put out an iatse blast for riggers.

Bonanza creek is booked thru Xmas...on location as we speak.
