If you can't sleep make sure to get sunlight on your belly during the day.
No caffeine after 3.
Drink cherry juice.
Hot bath or shower, and then cold room.

Ummm, I have to drink coffee within 15 minutes of going to sleep, else I have to get up within an hour and brew up a fresh pot.

When I'm thinking ahead, I put on the pot at about 9 PM, then I'm good to go by 10:30PM, my usual bed time.

Sometimes I wonder about being atypical or something.

That looks extreme. How about warm shower followed by cool room?

That last guy sounds like he's from another time. It sounds almost like an ancient mourning song that was developed over many months of grieving over a lost loved one. Maybe its not but it sure does seem to move the audience.
He's amazing! There's some spiritual vibes going on with that one! You can see it on every ones face.
