Driver films people crawling out of manhole in border town.

Not much i can comment about this really. Are these illegal immigrants popping out of Manholes?

You'd think the homeless would know where to come out that wasn't in the middle of a busy intersection though.

if it was anywhere but a " border town " - people would " assume " homeless or urban explores

Their clothes and shoes are too nice. Plus, why an intersection in a busy part of a city of all places?

They could just as easily be terrorists, random weirdos doing inner city stuff, or anyone else. No one was expecting blonde haired white people to pop out of the manhole but some black people would've explained it. Oh, it's random weirdos doing inner city stuff.
