I was here for both...and there are little parallels unless one is just trying to find something to match. Don't forget that the left screamed of Comey's firing before Trump fired him, then they screamed that Trump was trying to stop the investigation, which we all know didn't happen.

Just because he could does not mean that doing so would not be just another attempt at obstructing justice.
Firing Comey was within his jurisdiction too but that does not mean he did not attempt to obstruct justice when he did it.

So one of the least transparent administrations in a long time would have let his dirty laundry be plastered all over the news and would have stood quietly by as people leaked said laundry non stop and never lifted a finger to stop it.


Except for the fact that there wasn't any.
