What is the question that noone knows ?? (moved from ATSNN)

Where does wind start from ? There is a starting an ending point to everything ... right ? Wrong ... Circles are my only case of no ending or closing. Maybe this is why everything circular is mentioned in old times. Such as the SUN ... the moon when it is FULL.


I am not sure .. but i asked someone where does wind come from ... and they gave me some kinda answer such as look at the chart above and some relativity chart of how hot air moves up and cool air moves downward. I do not care about that so much ... I just want to know where does wind begin from ? Does gust just come at random times ... does it come in off of the ocean. If anyone has ever noticed the ocean always has waves ... and Always has wind. Any information would be great.
