Lockheed Martin automates satellite image analysis (GATR)

Lockheed Martin has developed a satellite imagery recognition system using open-source deep learning libraries for the identification and classification of objects or targets in large areas.

Running in the Cloud, the Global Automated Target Recognition (GATR) artificial intelligence model uses Maxar’s Geospatial Big Data platform (GBDX) to access a 100 petabyte (PB) satellite imagery library and curated data labels that speed up the training of deep learning algorithms.

The AI-based GATR teaches itself the identifying characteristics of an object area or target. For instance, it will be able to distinguish between a cargo plane and a military transport jet.

GATR is a result of the research conducted by Pritt’s team during the ‘Functional Map of the World’, (fMoW) an Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity (IARPA) challenge.

The Rodhams' trip culminated with Tony's flying to Rome to become godfather to Abashidze's new grandson.

Another one of Tony's (and Hillary's) deals with the Russian Mob.

In 1997, sources tell TIME, Tony--working as a consultant for a company trying to do business in Russia--arranged a White House meeting for Moscow's powerful Mayor Yuri Luzhkov.

Rodham was working for Gene Prescott, who was involved in IBN, a start-up that wanted to bring "smart" credit-debit cards to Russia and was hoping for the support of Luzhkov.

Prescott knew Luzhkov wanted to meet with Clinton and asked Tony if he could set it up, according to Tony. Former White House officials tell Time that this was touchy business; Luzhkov, a potential successor to Russian President Boris Yeltsin, has been accused of having links to Russian mobsters.

Recently he had been involved in a dispute with an American businessman who was subsequently found murdered in Moscow. That it was Tony who was requesting the meeting with Luzhkov made things very uncomfortable for Berger, according to someone familiar with the episode.

Hillary Clinton's "advance man" (and Rodham bros handler) with Russia mobsters looks like a real slime ball.

THIS story from 2009, concerns Hillary's "advance Man"...Stephen Graham being revealed, in a court case, as the mastermind behind a scheme to swindle a Native American tribe, in order to get campaign contributions.

Stephen Graham’s association with the Mashpee Wampanoag [Indian Tribe Casino] has always been a bit of a mystery.

Bond described Graham as the “handler, the man on the ground.”

It’s a skill Graham honed as an advance man for Hillary Clinton when she was first lady. But his shadowy role is coming into the spotlight as former tribe chairman Glenn Marshall prepares to plead guilty Wednesday to federal corruption and fraud charges.

In exchange for recommending a lesser sentence, Marshall has agreed to cooperate with federal prosecutors.

″(Graham) came with the big recommendation of having worked for Hillary Clinton,” Marshall’s attorney, Robert Craven said. “He was perceived as someone who could open doors for the tribe in Washington.”

Just as he did for Clinton, Graham assembled a team of trusted “Boston Boys.”

In court documents released last month, Graham is referenced as “Political Consultant A,” the person who orchestrated the illegal campaign contributions that are the center of the federal case against Marshall.

Marshall funneled $4 million of Strather’s money into the Mashpee Fisherman’s Association Inc. where he paid out money for the campaigns and his own expenses.

Wow - 18 threads! That's incredible to me that this has kept us all coming back for so long! I really want to thank Dashen for the incredible work on this, must be exhausting! Also to Rel for all the decodes and archiving. I have to admit that I don't get most of your decodes, but I still appreciate your effort.

I cant remember who put forth the theory that the first couple hundred drops/crumbs (or several dozen?-can't remember) may have been done in reverse order with drop/crumb #1(arrest/detainment of Hillary Clinton) being something of a grand finale? That seems like a good possibility to me and kinda got me re-excited about this whole Q phenomenon after what seemed like a long period of nothing really happening... and now things seem to be happening more rapidly too - so thanQs to whoever that was!

While I am still on the fence about the whole purpose of Q, there's some obvious knowledge coming from them. Too many actual proofs (in my opinion) to say otherwise, even if they seem wrong occasionally, there's much that appears to come to pass.

And finally I really do appreciate the critics and "debunkers" who keep us on our toes, but especially to daskakik. If you read this dask, I freely admit that I get irritated at your persistence and want so bad for this to be 100% in your face proven true so we can all immaturely have our "told you so" moment at you... but when I'm being honest with myself I am forced to take "your side" and give you a star over and over again. You respectfully argue about the subject and I don't see you ever attacking the member or resorting to name calling. In my eyes you're trying to keep this from becoming somewhat of a religion (i.e. belief without proof). You are obviously intelligent, but you just see this Q thing differently than I do... but I also appreciate your contribution to this subject because you may be correct about this whole thing. I don't believe you are, but I can also admit that this may not be at all what a lot of us hope it is.
