It's accounting. It let's the Feds pour money from the fund into infrastructure repairs and inspection (roads, rails, bridges, dams, canals, powerlines, gas, water, and sewer lines). Those things are actually a big deal, and figuring out what is broken or weakened is pretty important. All that takes time and money that cities, counties, and states don't generally have. It just allows them to tap into federal money (and sometimes people) so the jobs can get done.


It's not "state of emergency" in the sense of mayhem and mass destruction much as " financial emergency, and this stuff has to get done".

I been thinking from the beginning that Biden will end up dropping out long before election 2020. Either health, dirt hits the public wall regarding his son's corruption which will implicate them both with China.

Mind boggling how some have forgotten or simply deaf & blind on Biden during Obama era. I think Biden for now is just a DNC fund raiser.

I know this is a stretch but WHAT IF the vid reported by Nasif in Q3376 is of Madeleine McCann as HRCs facial victim? She was born May 12th 2003 (May 12 = 5+12 = 17 = Q) and was abducted on May 3rd 2007 (=5+3+2+7=17=Q), 9 days before her 4th birthday, so would have been 8 on May 12th 2011.

Nasif's post is a picture in Q3376 and says the victim was 8 yrs old.

Yes, I pointed that out earlier on the SDNY 'Public Corruption Unit'. Need to keep an eye on this for any further info that may come out. Sounds like a whole separate investigation (airtight) apart from sex related crimes. Depending how deep the trail goes (and we know it runs deep and wide) that could go on for years. The current case against JE may be just a cover so to speak to keep the public perception occupied while the real investigation continues in the background. I could be totally wrong.

But I do think you are right in thinking that is why MSM has been pushing deep fake stories out there lately.

I say no deals for any of them, the corruption and evil all needs to be burned to the ground.

Life in prison or death penalty when possible. Only deals should be just how crappy and dangerous the prison they land in is. They should spend the rest of their lives getting victimized in prison like they victimized others. That is justice.

As Brian Cates said in his blog today, President Trump and his DOJ are about to begin carpet bombing the MSM and Democrats with regularity. The Trump rally that starts 2 hours after Mueller gets raked over the coals on July 17th, is expected to be a blockbuster.

Are they still trying to run with that half-baked money laundering theory? They don't even know what money laundering is. It's something you do to disguise illegal income. Drug dealers, blackmailers, and people of similar ilk need to launder money. I've never hear even the most diehard Trump-hater offer a coherent theory on why a billionaire real estate mogul like Trump would need to engage in money laundering. He was the reason Bill Clinton got elected. He drew off a sizable chunk of votes from Bush Sr. Which isn't to say he was wrong. He was widely mocked for saying there would be "a giant sucking sound of jobs going to Mexico." But that's exactly what happened.
