They said so at the time.

There may have been one or two that were not duplicates.

Remember they were looking at that laptop because of Anthony Wieners sexting minors. They came across the e mails deep in the memory during the examination for child porn. The emails had been deleted but were not completely removed from the device.

Also remember they were done with the examination of the emails within just a few short days. Because they were dulicates.

And.. the bottom line still is that they did not charge Clinton with any crimes.

LOL, you really don't understand the word "proof" do you?

What you post is opinion. Really, really, bad, not well thought out opinions. proof includes links to back up the tripe you say.

And "they" still haven't charged Trump with any crimes, yet your double standards and lack of intelligence doesn't let you see the similarities there, or the differences.

Your Royal Highness, please, first let me apologize.

In all reality I was being rather "facetious". Silly might be a better descripton. A poor attempt at humor.

In all seriosness, I can only guess the records were sealed to either 1) protect their integrity such that wrong doers migt not tamper with the items and statements in evidence or 2) to keep them from the Press such that the MSM can not access the data and pursue a course of wild speculation that would needlessly tarnish the Senators reputations and to foul a potential jury pool.

And the of course, there's an apparent tie in to the Clinton Foundaton..............

My conclusion?
1) Your guess is as good as mine and
2) Just as is so often the case, we will never know near the truth of the matter.

Why was this former senator, Linda Collins-Smith investigating a possible
connection of criminal activities of $27 million missing from Arkansas
child protective services, that mysteriously filtered through the Clinton
foundation?

Who gets to keep $1 million dollars from her hotel sale?

Why was she tortured prior to being shot multiple times?

Why was all papers, electronic equipment, cameras, removed from
her property before her death was discovered?

Why was a gag order placed by a judge, without a case number,
suspect and/or witness, a judge who then recused?

Three friends of Linda Collins-Smith. 1 beaten to a pulp and threatened
to keep his mouth shut. Another arrested, one for running a drug house,
even though she was just visiting the city for an interview, and lives in
another State. Another arrested as the perpetrator of this murder -
who just happens to be Linda Collins-Smith best friend, with
detailed knowledge of Linda Collins-Smith research.

One thing I...know...for...certain..there will never be justice in America
for hundreds of children who disappear within the CPS network.

Just peruse the responses on this thread and you'll understand why.

Her ex-husband was a judge who, it seems, got himself into some hot water:

Retired Circuit Judge Philip Smith of Pocahontas was reprimanded today by the Judicial Discipline and Disability Commission.

He agreed to the reprimand and also agreed not to serve in the judiciary in the future, including by temporary assignemnt. He retired at the end of 2017.

The complaint arose from testimony he gave during the case arising from his divorce from former Sen. Linda Collins-Smith. It said Judge Smith had used office computer equipment after hours for “extrajudicial activities.” It didn’t specify the activities.

Going to see what else I can dig up and either edit this post or make a separate reply.

Ok, here's a bit more I was able to find:

LITTLE ROCK (KATV) — Some lawmakers are calling for Senator Jeremy Hutchinson's resignation, after our partner Talk Business and Politics revealed in a lobbyist's plea agreement, that he's “Senator A”, and part of a multi-million-dollar bribery probe.

Hutchinson denies taking any bribes, but instead was providing legal work according to Hutchinson’s attorney Tim Dudley. Later on Tuesday, Dudley released this statement:

Today Sen. Collins Smith, another long time political opponent of Sen. Hutchinson, asked that my client resign. Senator Hutchinson denies that he accepted any bribe or otherwise is guilty of any of the allegations made by Rusty Cranford. Mr. Cranford is a convicted felon who, according to the government, attempted to murder someone and is merely trying to get his sentence reduced. His allegations are not credible and are not true. In fact, there are numerous errors in the facts laid forth in the Plea Agreement. Sen. Hutchinson did not give GIF to Cranford or any of Cranford's clients and complied with all of the Senate's Rules. The allegations of bribery are on their face ridiculous.

Lawmakers call for Arkansas Sen. Jeremy Hutchinson to resign amid bribery investigation - KATY 06/12/2018

Which led me here:

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (AP) — Every minute of every day, Asa Hutchinson is a governor, a former federal prosecutor and an uncle. With a nephew implicated in a bribery and corruption case, holding all three roles cannot be easy for him.

He’s expected to weigh in each time a state lawmaker falls into trouble and his reputation as a law-and-order guy came hard-earned in Arkansas: Hutchinson helped manage the Bill Clinton impeachment case before the Senate in 1999 after prosecuting Clinton’s half brother Roger on drug charges as a U.S. attorney in 1984.

...

Cranford’s plea agreement said thousands of dollars also went to “Arkansas Senator A.” While unnamed in the federal court documents, prosecutors described “Senator A” as the sponsor of two bills to steer surplus funds to a Cranford client. Records at the Arkansas Legislature reveal a Hutchinson nephew, Sen. Jeremy Hutchinson, as the sole sponsor of the bills. The senator’s lawyer has acknowledged his client is “Senator A” but says “nothing illegal or unethical” occurred.

Governor, ex-prosecutor, uncle: What does Asa Hutchinson do? - AP 06/16/2018

So there is indeed a Clinton connection here. Needs more looking in to to determine how strong that connection is and if it may have been related to Collins-Smith death.

Oh! So could this also mean, "Pochahontas" May have been a clue?
