Dammit, I need a cheat sheet to keep up with all this litigation! I was confused for a moment, as I remember Judge Haywood Gilliam issuing an injunction blocking the funds transfer. Now a new judge rescinded that? How can two judges issue two opposing proclamations?

But then I read both linked stories in this thread. Gilliam did issue an injunction, but an injunction is not a decision. An injunction only prohibits an action until the case is resolved. Judge Trevor McFadden dismissed the suit completely, so the injunction is gone as well.

The injunction was illegal anyway, according to the statutes. They clearly say that the judiciary cannot block funds which are already allocated to a work in progress. He could only block fund transfer for portions that had not yet had contracts awarded.

Justice prevails! BUILD THAT WALL! MAGA!

What do you think ATS?

I think the Dems need the illegal vote to win the popular vote.

Good news, thanks OP. Common sense.

Meanwhile, the question is, where is J Burns? …*crickets* or hopefully not *sound of digging*

The case was tossed, that's a loss for the Dems who filed the suit.

So he didnt find for trump either.

He basically said.. this is politics solve it yourselves.

You act like the judge made a ruling in trumps favor. LOL

Damn I knew you were good at gymnastics but nobody can twist and turn like you do.
Hate to tell ya but Trump is winning 🥇

Bernie didn’t get that memo apparently, as he’s calling the skirmish at the Border “racism at the border”.

Guilty until proven innocent is how the Dems treat Republicans. So unless you are found explicitly innocent you lose.

I see nothing about that on a google search... got a link?

I don't see how a judge can reverse another judge's ruling unless through appeal.

BWAHAHAHA!

It's about time a judge actually follows the law. The President clearly has the legal authority. This was nothing but a stall tactic and a waste of taxpayer money.

It would have to be appealed to the next level above the judge that made the ruling wouldn't it?

Why would that even be in Hawaii?

C'mon! We're all going to die, die standing up!

I liked the new 2012 Red Dawn a lot. Especially the fact that they got Thor and Neegan basically fighting the whole invasion force of Koreans

GO NEEGAN, GO! MAKE THEM GO BACK TO PEE-PEE PANTS CITY!

That's what I thought... and since no link was forthcoming, I assume that post I replied to was a load of BS.

The Hawaii judge simply gave a temporary injunction; he did not decide the case. This judge decided the case. The last I heard, a judge cannot just interject himself into a case - once decided, it's done. An appeal can have the case reviewed, but there usually has to be an error in judgement or new information to grant an appeal.

So it's apparently a done deal. The anti-Trump crowd should be happy: TRUMP LIED! He claimed he would get a bad ruling, lol.

Ain't it awesome when you get it wrong and still win?

I think the post you were responding to was a joke, since radical Hawaii judges overrule anything they don't agree with politically.
