Mueller is under blackmail from the Whitey Bulger Family 😎

Pretty obvious too 😎

Trump was a game show host and casino boss. Pretty obvious too.

Please, inform us of how you know and what dirt the Bulger's have on him.

He answered that concern.
SInce he could not officially charge him and therefore have a trial where trump gets to defend himself he could not make a statement alluding to what you said because trump doesnt get to defend against it.
They couldnt even have a sealed indictment in secret.

Mueller was anything but clear.

You just heard what you wanted to hear .

Clinton wasn’t indicted so do you know what Ken Starr did ?

He issued 11 referrals including one for obstruction of justice .

In layman‘s terms that means he made a decision.

Muller could have to .

Wow, that left me totally pissed. The glaringly obvious one is that Trump asked Comey to clear the record by stating publicly what he had spoken in private. The left best tread lightly because they have greatly overreached and there will be blowback

Mueller was clear.

He could not bring charges against the President because he was legally barred from doing so. "Under longstanding department policy, a president cannot be charged with a federal crime while he is in office," Mr Mueller said. "That is unconstitutional. Even if the charge is kept under seal and hidden from public view that, too, is prohibited."

"If we had had confidence that the president clearly did not commit a crime, we would have said so".

He said that Congress is the proper venue, not the criminal justice system, for deciding whether action should be taken against the president in connection with allegations that Mr Trump and aides obstructed the investigation. His actual words were, "the Constitution requires a process other than the criminal justice system to formally accuse a sitting president of wrongdoing".

Please explain how this could be understood to exonerate the President in any way, especially when Mueller has said clearly it does not exonerate the President.

You're gonna let the media take you on this journey? Ignoring the last 200 instances they were dead wrong?

Haha I'm glad someone else is finding this situation humorous. There is basically zero chance Trump will be impeached, they found nothing proving collusion, so now they've shifted to obstruction of an investigation into a crime that never happened. The fact so many people on the left still have hope for impeachment truly is funny, and a testament to their powers of self-delusion.

Bueller tried to use secret code, but Democrats couldn't figure out what it meant.

So Bueller had a press statement in public.

Then Bueller screwed it up even more than it already was.

Then the DOJ and the Bueller press people had to clear the air in a "joint" effort 😎

And all these assholes actually have bigtime law degrees 🤣🤣🤣

Ya

weve noticed that for years, which is why weve been posting about it and screaming about it.

We have also noticed the injustice of people being railroaded and run out of town on a rail.

Have you all the sudden found middle ground and truth?

Never mind.

Nothing is prosecutable because he is a sitting president. That is DoJ guidance and has been for a long time. You do get that, right?

Ask Bill Clinton how that works when he lied in a civil case. They had articles of Impeachment for lying under oath and the RINO's in the Senate let him off scot free. He lost his law license. We had hard data of many other things for this conspiracy to defraud the 2016 voters. We who want DJT and got him as POTUS are just not going to allow sedition.

"Don't believe me just watch!" "Don't believe me just watch!"

Thats rich... He heard what he wanted to.

This crowd is completely ignoring facts in place of a fantasy where trump is actually innocent.

That is the epitome of seeing and hearing only what you want to see and hear.

Mueller obviously was not clear in his statement nor in his report. That is why division still exists and congress is not in impeachment hearings at this time.

His repeating the OIC rule is ambiguous since if his conclusions were that Trump committed a crime or obstructed, it would have been listed in the report. Congress would have immediately began impeachment hearings.

The same as they did with Clinton and the Starr report detailed findings. The Starr Report against the Mueller report.

Mueller would not have broken OIC policy by including that he he had gathered evidence to support impeachment of the President. He did not do this and the only reason can be is there is no there, there. Nada. Just unsupported allegations that were not confirmed by the counsel or DOJ to be obstruction of justice.

At least Barr had the balls to be honest and clear. He has made his statement under oath and answered questions. Mueller is trying to avoid being put under oath and refusing to answer questions. Why? Is he afraid that his bias against Trump would be apparent? There are some republicans especially those who are more into Bush style politics who do not like Trump. So saying he is a republican is meaningless.

Nope, Mueller has not been clear. He has purposely left everyone in division limbo.

Edit add: post above this one is proof that it is not clear and bias in perspectives differ greatly. My bias is to go with the one who made statement under oath. If he lied, he would face prosecution. Barr stated under oath that Mueller did not disagree with the DOJ conclusion. Mueller and even Trump talk is meaningless at this time since they are not under oath.

The way trump lies you have an issue with Comey?
It was not Comeys job to clear the record.

He never even made this investigation public.

The one into Clinton we all knew about
but the one into trump..... that was secret.

Why? Why did he get special treatment?

Oh and you really are not in any position to be telling the left what they "best" do.

The blowback here is nothing for them to worry about.
The blowback is going to be a hurricane named filthy dirty impeachment.
and its going to take aim at trump.

You realize that the initial Russian conspiracy investigation was not against Trump but others within his campaign, right? That is why Trump was frustrated that Comey was allowing the media to spin untruths. Comey refused to clear the record.

Obviously, it is worse being unjustly connected to an investigation. Clinton was being investigated specifically, Trump was not.

Trump only came under investigation when allegations were made that he attempted to obstruct Justice for firing Comey, of all things! Sheesh.

Understand the differences!

Do you know when the "longstanding" DoJ policy against charging a sitting president with a crime was implimented? 1973.

Did you know that the Clinton case hinged on duties "outside the scope of his office" as precedent for the ruling in Clinton V Jones?

The supremes have never taken this issue up, so we have two precedents here: Nixon and the 2000 DoJ memos (following the Clinton "affair."

The constitution of the United States of America asserts the President of the United States can be impeached for "high crimes and misdemeanors." The only body with the authority to impeach a president is congress.

This is basic level civics, guys.
