Mueller stated he was not prosecuting Trump because of the "Policy".

Great.

If the "Policy" prevents prosecution of a sitting President (Mueller also said it's unConstitutional), then why leave it up to the AG when the same "Policy" applies ?

Why not "Refer" the "Matter" to Congress in writing and in plain English with some hard evidence attached like they did with Clinton ?

Smells like a Red Herring was launched 😎

If what he said was true, why wouldn’t he rather testify under oath? In front of republicans?

In fact, what evidence is there of obstruction. Would you like to cite the evidence listed by Meuller?

Did he charge anyone already not charged?

He made it clear he could not charge the president based on DOJ policy.

Fourth, if we had confidence after a thorough investigation of the facts that the President clearly did not commit obstruction of justice , we would so state. Based on the facts and the applicable legal standards , however , we are unable to reach that judgment. The evidence we obtained about the President ' s actions and intent presents difficult issues that prevent us from conclusively determining that no criminal conduct occurred. Accordingly, while this report does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him.

They did say ...

Much of it was grand jury testimony that is redacted.
If Barr has his way you will never see it.

Anybody can get GJ stuff made public.

All ya need to do is bring a petition to court and show cause.

The "Ball" isn't in Barr's Court 😎

Doesn't matter. Mueller was not under any obligation to tell us anything about that.

The problem is you think you are entitled to everything.

You're not.

Oh but the "Omission" was sooo obvious and pertinent and now the "Report" is tainted and disgraced 😎

Time for Mueller to rewind then and change a thing or two in that report.

I do believe that this was discussed between Mueller and the department of justice for countless hours before making that decision. Its even in the report about how they went back and forth discussing it and the effects on running the government.
