I have heard similar stories from the part of South East London I hail from. Again from other ethnic minorities. Seems like a cultural thing of being insular and affiliating along gang lines. I don't pretend to understand it. Surely if these kids come from families loving and stable enough to go to the trouble of sending them back they can't just be dismissed as feral youth. Something else is at play here.
