Its a ruling... trump sued the accounting firm to get them to lock down his financial records when they had agreed they would turn them over to the house as requested.

Now the judge in the case has told trump nope... we assume that congress knows why they want them and we do not tell congress what is their business.

Cohen's testimony

This is what you guys are basing all of these investigations on and no one has called you out for it yet.

I watched every second of Cohens testimony. Consider that when you decide he is your new hero.

First it was Mueller, then it was Avanetti.....

Now Cohen?

Lol

Every post you make gives the R's 20 more votes.

Please stop or I will assume you work for Russia

No stay and the accounting firm already had the documentation ready to go before trump sued to stop them.
FedEx was probably there before the ink on the ruling was dry.
Pelosi and the crew probably have them in their hands already.

Time to fight fire with fire. Perhaps we should see all of Elijah Cummings tax records and personal communications with his accountants going back 30 years. What about Paul and Nancy Pelosi, let's see their records on any and ALL business set up in the past 30 years.

But why stop there. What about their kids records, I mean, if they have nothing to hide, WHAT'S THE PROBLEM???

This is an abuse of power by the Congress. They do not have evidence of a crime, nor a credible accusation. They are tearing apart a man's life to find something, ANYTHING to get him out of office.....just because he dared to win the Presidency when it was not his turn. This is outrageous.

Did you hear that a Republican congressman with a Libyan mother and a Palestinian father, who owns a Chinese tool company but sells them as American made also wants to impeach Trump as of yesterday?
Now they have bipartisan support.....

Lol

Congress always knows best right

Then the president is well within his right to subpoena all Congress critter tax and accounting records.

Go for it Donald, let's see all their skeletons, all their fraud and all their graft.

As long as we're doing this, I'd be interested to know what Obama's financial records would show as well.

So tomorrow when you find out this is going to the supreme court you will admit that you are all far left hope and opinion or will just disappear for a few days?

I have asked you probably 10 times for sources in the last few days and you continue to ignore me?!?!....

Well just saying, it's based on what he said in his testimony. He might have lied but maybe he didn't. We would never know unless someone looked into it and since there's a stupid policy that says a sitting president can't be impeached then it leaves it to the polywogs in congress to dig up the facts and to decide if there is just cause to impeach him so he can be indicted and tried.

blah blah.... everyone is crooked are they?

The judge is going to stain his reputation on a biased opinion finding?

Come on... some people actually value their careers and reputations. They dont rule based on their personal feelings.

He sighted the law he is applying.... who wrote the law? I mean if that kind of thing is going to be important at the end of the day. Which of course it is not. Not any more important that who appointed the judge.

Some people just do their job as they agreed to when they pledged their oath.

Executive priviledge doesn't apply when the matter involved bank and income tax fraud before he became an executive.

Is that what they are accusing Trump of?

Where's the evidence? Where's the foundation for the investigation?

This actually looks like a breach of at least the 4th amendment. There is no probable cause and Trump is a citizen first. I think trump might be setting this up so the dems set a precident they can't escape. It will allow trump to demand every tax record of every Congress critter under the presumption that they have committed criminal acts.

Cheers - Dave

They have learned from their Communist idols well. That is how they used to do it too. Make up a charge, and then make you defend yourself against the full force of government, who has unlimited time and money to break you. This country is at a tipping point.

I'd ask for a source for your claim but we both know you're full of poop.
