Well, we won't be strong and stable if we keep heading in the direction we are traveling, no matter what the likes of May and her ilk have to say on the matter, imho.

My own nation has been known to suffer from that very same habit CriticalStinker.

Truth is when our empire came to its demise and America took the helm, picked up the spares, not that much really changed.

Same bankers, same financial institutions, same crap slightly different wrapping paper really.

And that's really the whole problem because even when things appear to change, they seldom actually do in any significant manner, one side always wins, and its the same bloody side.

I'll have to steal your thunder on this one and let ya know, not only are those groups tax free.... They can use unlimited money (even foreign if they play their cards right) on our elections.

On the bright side, whether it's working out or not, at least your country is making an honest attempt, or creating the image they're focusing on themselves.

Imperialism eventually becomes unsustainable. Hard enough keeping your own house on the same page... If you're reliant on others you really got to pull some magic to hedge the bets.

Brexit might not bankrupt the UK but it will undoubtedly cause recession nevermind continued austerity, more food banks, more homeless, pretty much nothing good for the next few decades to come.

To be honest the people who are voting for such will most lightly never live to see Mays strong and stable nation, especially if they require the help of the likes of the NHS any time soon or in what remains of there lives to come.

We are all reliant on one another i suppose as we live in a global community with the infostructure and capabilities to transport goods and people all over the globe in a matter of hours.

We simply cannot step backwards, and that, imho, is what we will do, should continue to head down the road that we are going.

I can not fathom what you all are going through. It's unimaginable to me.

While the melodramatic here act like the sky is falling or lifting, we forget that others are going through more pressing and historic time.

Whether you assessment is correct or not, that point of debate is moot. Your concerns are valid, and it's absolute horse sh## people want to act like this is some battle of ideology. Like you're not allowed to gauge your level of confidence on prior events and say "I don't trust the same ilk who have screwed us before", no matter the party.

The only thing I can offer you and the UK as my admiration. You all have always handled things with grace IMO. That alone has helped you all weather the trying times. And I hope it helps again this time.
