Jon is the only one who have killed her and remained alive though. They were talking about spinoff series I think they set themselves up nicely for that potential. If you followed Jon Snow you have what 2 main characters you have to pay and the rest can be newer cheaper cast. All the wardrobe and sets including digi-sets and having the main characters separating as they did. You could follow Arya and only have to pay one main character, you could follow Sansa and keep only one main character with the option of having bigger more expensive reunion type shows in the mix.

They aren't using any of the original cast in the scheduled spinoff already in production, it's set in the Age of Heroes.

From the standpoint of a spin off series, I have to agree. If Arya had of killed daenarys, it is unlikely there could be an Arya spin off series. I still think she should have at least killed cersi. I don't see a productive sanza series, I think it would be boring, I could be wrong. However, Arya running around the high seas would potentially be engaging as the plot lines could be wide open.

Cheers - Dave

About the spin off:

Taking place thousands of years before the events of Game of Thrones, the series chronicles the world’s descent from the golden Age of Heroes into its darkest hour. And only one thing is for sure: from the horrifying secrets of Westeros’s history to the true origin of the White Walkers, the mysteries of the East, to the Starks of legend ... it’s not the story we think we know.

Naomi Watts headlines the cast

Thrones creators D.B. Weiss and David Benioff are not involved

Jon is literally savior of the world. Without this guy everyone would be a walking corpse.

But he gets banished. They should of fought for him like he fought for everyone else. Westeros is a crappy place to live.

I thought the final episode was about as good as they could make it given how they rushed through this season. Overall, the season was a let down it and it was obvious they were just doing it to appease people even though the show had run it's course...

Dany giving in to the darkside was a little too abrupt and rushed imho. Didn't have an issue, but thought they could have fleshed it out more.

Didn't care for Cersei's death. Pretty lame imho. She had been bitch slapping everyone intellectually playing the game and basically just crumbles and runs into the basement. Sorry, didnt' buy it.

Grey Worm turning into a cold hearted terminator seemed out of character. Yes, he was pissed Missandre was killed, but he seems to have lost all his humanity over two episodes.

Tyrion's arc was fine. No complaints.

Euron was a waste of a character. Absolutely no point in him fighting Jaime (not too mention just happening to wind up where Jaime was going after being blown off his ship). Not very plausible...

No issues with Jon Snow going to live with the wildings... makes sense imho.

Didn't expect Bran the Broken. Ok with it.

That was a generalization.

So? Your generalization, according to the author, is wrong.

My generalization was correct. Who has the highest body counts in the political spectrum (leaving out Muslims who sit at about 640 million bodies over 1600 years)? Socialists, communists, marxists,, etc. Even recent history, what is Hillary allegedly up to, 150? Lol. Socialists are crazy and they continually exhibit crazy behavior. Part of their mantra, "I don't like this so you can't have this because I say so" and "you had better like what I like or you'rennot a person". My generalization with regards to GOT was simply that there appears an underlying pc theme. Of course monarchs, dictators, maybe even some Conservatives behave like tyrants, it happens, just more with liberals/progressives and other socialists.

Cheers - Dave

Then I'll wait for you to turn up some quotes from Martin to support your take on this. Good luck, they don't exist.

The rest of your post proves you are trying to interject your contemporary partisan politics into a fictional story where they aren't even a factor.

I was sure that the bastard and the blonde would both die.

The imp and sansa would rule together.

But was cool, did not even consider the ravenboy...

I liked it, was entertaining, especially when cersei died,

But those dragon skulls got ruined, was kinda a bummer, its gonna take at least 5000 years for the remaining dragon to get that big.

One of the big skulls was seen when the imp found the bodies, but it was very damaged -Sad face-

Being a book fan I have known for awhile where the series was going.. well or strongly suspected...

I mean the big bad kinda has to be the biggest threat on the table for the protagonist to be an underdog in the climax..

Dany was the strongest piece since the dragons were born basically.. or decently grown..

So story narrative math wise it had to be her..

The 90 degree arcs suck, but the end result is expected.

Kinda...

They just did really sloppy reveals..

The foreshadowing was all there but they spent 7 seasons getting to the crest of the arc and 2 episodes to complete the turn.

The largest one is Balerion and according to the novels he was around 250 years old when he died.

Yup..

Loved arya’s Ship

Loved bran as king..

Thought drogon should have burned Jon, dany and the throne after Jon killed her..

Thought Sansa should have gotten winterfell, but traded the north’s independence for bran’s throne..

No way the nobles allow a stark king and an independent north.

What?!?!

Her most commonly used quote was “I will kill them all with fire and blood!”

Lol

Dany was always a tyrant.. the worst kind even.. an attractive, charismatic tyrant with a good story..

The theme of the story is birthright leadership sucks..

The black , a sexual guy is the muscle for the evil dragon queen at the end?!?!

Not very PC to me?!?!

There isn’t a woman on the iron throne... or a greyworm.. it is a rich white male...

In fact the rich white kids (the starks) all win..

The peasants of Westeros sure don’t..

Me thinks you must be one of those who sees a PC conspiracy everywhere..

Would have loved Tyrion as a King and all his bastard kids brought to him in line.

2020 and Aaron Paul is going o be in it. I forgot if the preview was before or after GOT season finale but it looked pretty cool in a futuristic way.
