The Op apparently wasn't too scared since he sat back down to watch tv with his pets laying by his feet.

My guess is that there is no need for any intervention exorcisms at this time.

I've never done that but I'm sure many have asked the all mighty to throw a little luck their way with negative results. Where is that projection in those cases?
