Syphilis Testing (Sounds so familiar...)

Basically whenever I am told that the Government / People have changed their ways and things won't happen like they have in the past, I remember things like the Tuskegee Syphilis testing, MK Ultra testing, and how most power structures treat people like chattel.

Well looks like "Big Pharma" and "Rockefeller" and such are at it again. I have to wonder if the US Government, or other agencies prompted this. They took the stance that they were trying to develop a vaccine which IMO will bolster the 'anti-vaccine' movement. Way to shoot yourself in the foot.

Sounds like the kinds of things E%& L:%&$y got kicked out of south africa for many moons ago. Something about using a "vaccine" to infect hundreds of thousands of people. That went over well. I think it was just a competition thing to see who could kill the most people and generate the largest big pharma payday. My money's on wooter and aids.

How can anyone pass up a title like that?

I don't ever trust these folk to 'change their ways' and confidently am of the belief they do not have our best interests at heart. Second verse, same as the first.

Of course they don't have our best interest at heart. Capitalism is about making money.

They did a lot of stuff like that in the past. They used mental institutions in this country to do testing on people and also they tested things on our armed forces without their knowledge sometimes. They would downplay the side effects or danger of the tests with the soldiers, it caused a lot of harm to some of our servicemen. Now in the sanatoriums, those people were never believed to be released, so they experimented with meds on them there.

The best test in a sanitarium I read about was using potatoes to control the patients, it worked really well, and even the workers in the sanitariums were calmer. Many of the patients got off of their meds from that, but of course, pharma companies did not want this known, so the information was hid till the doctor who did the research released it when he was real old, he had nothing to lose at that point. Potatoes have benzo qualities to them, that has been known for fifty years minimum, they can calm everyone yet society does not eat them as much nowadays, so people now take antidepressents and anti-anxiety meds instead of eating spuds or drinking milk.

I'm still unsure if it is a political view issue or that people in control are garbage and want control through any medium possible issue. We have seen exploits of power and control through every sort of political framework, and I have increasingly begun to believe it is not the frameworks that are the issue as so much as the people who corrupt systems.

The desire for the 'powerful' to exploit people in any system is apparent, I've seen people go on power trips getting an assistant manager position at a gas-station. I have been doing a lot of research into power structures (granted mostly at the workplace which is geared toward my degree) and I see the same situations replicated and scaled throughout most.

But neither here nor there. People who want to test on people, without consent or knowledge? Garbage people. As if $1b is going to actually do anything to these folk.

As for the vaccine incident in South Africa, I am not especially familiar with what happened, but I do wonder about the profit margins these companies gain for their 'philanthropy'. For instance, infecting a large swath of a population to generate a problem, again to present the solution - even if the marginalized population cannot afford to pay these companies can exploit the good-will of others who will donate to see cures given, and write off 'donations' as expenditures in western tax systems.

I've been dying to ask. WHAT IS IN YOUR AVATAR ICON. Ahem. Is that a rock on a stick? Poo? I can't tell, but I stare at it all the time wondering.

I am interested in learning about the potato study, actually. I know there's a lot of decent ways to increase someone's mood.

Individuals with Intellectual Disability, as well as the 'criminally insane' have often been targets of testing because they are one of the largest groups of people most societies see as disposable. They also have some of the most restricted ability to advocate for themselves. Which is sad. There's been countless inhumane tests done on those who cannot advocate or speak for themselves beyond those demographics as well. Armed forces was mentioned, and that is another demographic which even has their own courts and systems of checks and balances which is oft hidden from the public eye. I have seen upticks in the same with the elderly. It comes to people in power exploiting those who do not have power. In this case, with the syphilis infections, it's absolute insanity. 600 people? I wonder sometimes if the people who run around with designer shirts protesting animal testing even know they're still HUMAN testing, we don't see similar movements to protect the lives of our fellow humans. I guess both can be bad but...

I guess, also, my concern is that this testing isn't something that 'happened in the past'. It's obviously STILL happening. It will continue to happen, and in another few years we will hear about some other company / government / agency doing something abhorrent to people and it will be swept away once more. The organizations meant to observe and police this sort of behavior are often run by the same agencies which engage in this behavior.

That's called crony capitalism... or flat out corruption.

Now we COULD try a socialist approach to medicine, where the government completely controls it and then profits from it...

After I found it and took the stranded claylike plug out of the hole in it, probably a decayed handle, I made a new handle for the carved rock that was once a bone before it permineralized or fossilized. It is harder than the fossilized bone in the yard, so it probably was a bone that was in clay for a very long time before someone decided to grind it into an interesting hammer long ago. How long? Who knows. The hole looks like the marrow hole on a bone I have, but this was way bigger than a two thousand pound live weight steer. Some butchers told me it is probably from the front leg of some big animal, way bigger than any cow they ever worked on. Butchers actually do a lot of soups, the one was explaining to me where the widening area is on the cow that shows clearly on the marrow hole. He did not know what kind of animal it came from, he never cut up any buffalo so did not know if that area was bigger on a buffalo. It would have to be a huge animal what ever it comes from.

I have had a few archeologists look at it but because it has been modified they do not know what animal it came from. One paleontologist told me about permineralization, under ideal conditions it could have been formed in hundreds of years, I live on a hill with lots of clay on it, I had to put a foot of ground asphault on my driveway to stabalize it

It is possible it was carved as bone I suppose.

In a socialist system, the government wouldn't have to bother to hide behind their cronies anymore. They could just flat out openly test what they want to test however they want to. They own you then.

This, right here, is precisely why I will always be 100% against any and all forced medical procedures, including but not limited to vaccinations, and will defend to the death any attempt by radical pro-vax morons to forcibly experiment on me or my children.
