Yeah knew the formula to finding an answer, don’t have a horse or any goats, just thought plenty of people here would have known the answer to such a simple question

I was a bit to lazy to put in any effort other than ask a question, guess I will just lie or use quora as an example, lying works

Where I come from we measure power in kilowatts, hence why I am here asking my US friends or counterparts, it’s not a joke, I am sincerely looking for an answer, ish

That Quora link doesn't take into account the power to weight ratio, I'm sure a goat sized ant could overpower many horses.

There is no solution to this equation. It is an impossibility to get more than one goat to exert the necessary forces all in the same direction to = one horsepower. The more goats added = an exponentially less amount of forces exerted in the intended direction.
