I hail from the land of mushrooms and finest greens. Please be advised that my position regarding the futures of our development as a species are not spoken from a position without knowledge.

Whatever 'IT' is, I reckon an answer is finally within our reach given another couple decades. That is my hope at least.

Our youth of today's age need to experience a transformation like that of the generations who went from the first 'internet' access to the smart phones of today in one lifetime.

However on a grander scale. I hope that this is being developed and am confident that the project will be seen through.

You are exactly where you are supposed to be, right here and right now. Always try to be kind and loving; and try to enjoy life because is fleeting and goes by in the blink of an eye.

ETA: I have been in a Costa Rica rainforest with approximately 75 monkeys around me in the trees, they were just curious and observing. They were cute as they could be.
Another time a frightened black and white Panamanian white faced capuchin came face to face with me. We both looked each other in the eyes for a moment and she/he went off swinging in the trees.

Earth is for all life, humans included. We have a life beyond Earth, which is only one part of our whole existence. As I see it, anyway.

Another human – 100%, same genes in all humans, but different sequence.
A chimpanzee (primate) – 98%, the closest living creatures to humans.
A mouse – 92%, mammals are all genetically similar.
Yeast – 26%, single-celled organisms, which have different housekeeping genes similar or the same as in humans.
A weed – 18%, totally different metabolic system.
A fruit fly – 44%, shared genes for the growth and the structure in mammals and insects.
