As most of the comments here seem to show a belief that mushrooms are suddenly LEGAL in Denver, there is one thing we must remember: what has happened is a DECRIMINALIZATION of these mushrooms and NOT a change in legal status. In simplest terms, they are still very much illegal on the state and federal level, but the local cops will not actively pursue those in violation of those laws. You won't see mushroom dispensaries popping up anytime soon. It is however a small step in that direction, but a long way from making psilocybin legal.
