Not Jedi, but a report of a multi alarm fire at Northrop in Palmdale just came across.

ETA- Appears to be a false alarm.

Yikes, that could be very very bad. Though I would assume they have pretty robust fire suppression systems in the production areas (even though the aircraft are not fueled on the production line). Ill bet the on base fire fighting group is cleared pretty well

It could have hit the F-35 hard. That's where the center fuselage is produced.

Yeah forgot about that. That must be a busy production floor these days. How do they ship those sections to other assembly point like Italy? I assume ship..........

Truck to the port, probably on the east coast for Italy, then ship multiple sections at once.
