What are the charges being leveled at Barr for impeachment?

Who in Congress is Barr targeting for investigation?

Judging by his talk, I'm guessing Nadler has an indictment coming, and he knows it.

Well, to be fair, Barr did lie under oath.

No, he didn't. Try again...

Yes!!! You're finally getting it!

Impeachment proceedings should be initiated immediately for every single congresscritter that has been pushing this (and other) nonsense!

Let the Ethical Cleansing begin!

Remember how right after Barr's memo was released, on March 24th, and there were rumors swirling around that Mueller's team was complaining about Barr's summary? Well, Rep Charlie Crist asked Barr if knew what their concerns were, on April 9th. Barr testified under oath "No, I don't".

Well, it turns out that Mueller's office wrote to him on March 25th and again on March 27th.

Wrong. Mueller himself wrote that letter. It was not penned by Muellers underlings.

Barr knew about Muellers concerns from his letter. But he wasn't asked if he was aware of Mueller's concerns. I watched the hearing. He was asked if he knew what the concerns were of Muellers minions. He truthfully said he didn't.

The letters outlined what his office thought

No, as it was penned by Mueller himself, not 'his office', it outlined what Mueller himself thought. No one else. Mueller.

was missing and misleading in Barr's summary,

It wasn't a Summary of the Report, it was a simple statement of the conclusions.

and how it could be fixed by releasing the 2 executive summaries, that were prepared for public consumption. So, Barr did know about their concerns,

No, again, he knew about Muellers concerns, not anyone else in Muellers 'employ'.

Not only that, but gave Bob Mueller and call and discussed his concerns with him over the phone!

Exactly. Mueller. Not anyone else in Muellers office. Mueller.

Do you not understand the difference?

Therefore, he was not "candid", honest or completely truthful in his sworn testimony. In other words, he lied.

Apparently not...

We only found about those communications on May 1st, so that's why we're all abuzz!

All abuzz, yes, like you have been about every other BS claim that has been proven false over the last 2+ years.

I'm curious - from one who is not even close to tiring of winning - do you ever get tired of losing?

Basically, what he's saying, while avoiding the truth, is that he overruled Mueller's team's recommendations.

Which specific 'recommendations' did Barr overrule?

He never disclosed to Crist that he received 2 letters and had had a phone call with Bob Mueller,

Mueller. Not Muellers Team.

discussing the team's concerns.

No, he discussed Muellers concerns. Details matter.

When the Attorney General overrules or disagrees with a Special Counsel's conclusions and recommendations,

He didn't. if you are going to continue making this farcical claim, it is incumbent on you to back it up with proof.

that kicks off another procedural set of rules, including that he must notify Congress of the disagreements, and the reason for overruling a Special Counsel's conclusions and recommendations.

Irrelevant, since Barr didn't disagree with or overrule the SCs conclusions and recommendations.

He simply wasn't "candid".

Actually, he was very precise in his answers.

The dems either just didn't ask the right questions, or they were very deviously trying to word their questions so they could do what they are doing now - confuse and obfuscate in a desperate bid to postpone... the inevitable.

That is one of the prescribed uses, yes... but it has far more uses than that.

Out of the 62 times The House has initiated impeachment proceedings only two were against Presidents.
