Not that that comment was called for, but I wasn't aware that there was only one surviving B-17 left in the world. Oh wait, there isn't, that was just a way to take a cheap shot at people that don't agree with you about that.

I know of at least three. One is at Beaver County airport in Pennsylvania. I reworked the landing gear doors after each of her two belly landings.

I thought that I saw the Antonov on Sunday, but, thought Nah couldn't be. Great pictures.

He's parked at z Sky Harbor, with a tiny little CRJ700 sized aircraft on the spot next to him.

Awesome pics!!

I've seen a lot of the AN-124's up close like that, but never been inside one! That's cool! Did you get any pics of the crew areas upstairs? I'd love to see those.

See following video for footage or the crew rest areas.

I'm actually down at Luke. There's a whole lot of not much going on at the arrival end of the runway. Bunch of stuff launching, but only 6 F-35s in just under an hour on the arrival end. Two were Korean though.

very very very cool pics

Russian and soviet style aircraft just have a certain feel and look to them that i can appreciate.

very utilitarian and kept together by the men(and women) that love their aircraft.

My Dad has been asking me if i wanted to get a ride in a russian jet for my BDAY this year and he knows i'm a sucker for the FOXBAT, and we will be over in that general area of the world this summer.

whatever jet it ends up being you know i'll be bristling with cameras

Russian equipment and hardware have a very certain smell to it.

but looks like the easter bunny was ni9ce to you this year.

Careful, all of these pictures might stoke the fires of nationalization.

OP, awesome pictures. Something about a big heavy mover. Love them more than anything else in the sky. I just want to fill it up. A chubby chaser.

I nearly went out to work on the construction of that cracker plant. It's the biggest thing going on in the trades in my area. I'd probably have been on the detail to unpack that crane if I was out there too.

Wild how those things go

Props!!πŸ‘πŸ‘
It's enormous... took a drive past a couple of days ago. Interestingly they put up some seriously high tech hotels to accommodate the workers coming in. Not your standard Holliday Inn..
