That didn't work out so good for Hiliary. Did it?

That's because she was only able to rig the Democrat side. Imagine if she had the power to rig the election top to bottom like Maduro does.

Lets all pray that this coup overruns the Communist trash down there. I would bet there are Cuban advisors if not some military there. The movie Red Dawn has always disturbed me and the less Communist influence in South and Central America the better.

And nobody is wondering just how much CIA money is sitting in an offshore shell account for Guaido to pull this off? This has stunk like a rancid pile of bovine excrement from the first mention of his name & praising of it by American officials.

I'm quite sure that there is Russian and Chinese money sitting in off shore accounts as well.

Possible but not always what the CIA does is bad. I admit they have stirred the pot in the wrong direction on occasions but in this one Maduro has to go.

CIA money or not, Maduro is one bad egg.

But don't worry. I hear he'll be putting in his name to the democrat candidate list here, he'll be running as a moderate.

They can take money from their allies.

We're not their allies. American financial involvement is highly suspect with that kind of relationship. Back alley deals never lead to anything good, or are Iraq and Libya supposed to be shining examples of overthrows being wildly successful and ushering in new eras of exemplary peace and prosperity?

D, I'm fine with people in a country doing their own thing and making it what they want. I have a big problem with the US kickstartering it.

Says who? The starving Venezuelans certainly didn't refuse America's help. Who does the country belong to ... Maduro, or the people? I know what a socialist would say, fortunately I am a freedom loving American who disagrees with socialist scum and think the country belongs to the people.

Maduro kickstarted it by destroying the country and hurting the people and abusing governmental power to stay in power.

The UK is a permanent UN security council member. I expect them to be the bastion of democracy and human rights while they bring this issue up to the UN.

In no time, the global community will act and make sure that those who have been wrong get righted.

I bet Disney will pick up that fairy tale.

The UK will do exactly what the US tells them to

Troops are the third phase when the US wants to install a puppet dictator, the first two involve the CIA and businessmen, learn how the system works before speaking, put away your stick and start picking up books instead

says you

but by all means keep making crap up.....it doesn't make you look like the crazy person you are or anything.....

interesting you refuse to discuss the vote of the people or the assembly....
typical liberal anti american bs

What exactly am I making up? Have you studied history in detail, at all?

Imagine a guy that has "capitalism is Organized Crime" on hit avatar area being pro Chavez type of person. Seems amazing to me that there are actual adults that actually BELIEVE in socialism.

Disgusting.

If you need to tell yourself that I'm advocating socialsm, then you do that

Doubly disgusting

What are you advocating then? Do you have some magical third way? Bunch of if only's and what if's that the natural order of things would never allow and thus would never work? When will you folk learn what's really real and what isn't?

I am beginning to see that even these problems we have in the USA will never be "fixed" with communication and I am perfectly fine with that. I am prepared and getting prepared. Never thought I would have to, but you un closeted communist people are going for your hail Mary and I intend to boo from the stadium seats because I dearly and passionately want your team to lose. And not only to lose but to be completely humiliated so society at large never has to deal with the nonsense you and people like you propagate and push on the masses.

Your ideas only make people insane and they help no one.

*shrugs*

'Kay.

And while I think we should cut all US aid to everyone, not a lot I can do but observe and snark.

It's also NOT OUR JOB to police the world. I don't give a flying rat's ass what anyone's other allies brings to the table to support them, we need to shut our double chin pieholes and keep out of it.

John Bolton had a presser:

Interesting part to me:

"White House Security Advisor John Bolton acknowledged Cuba as a main player in propping up the Maduro regime by providing “thug” motorcycle gangs in Caracas to protect certain Maduro-controlled buildings, saying that it shows the depth the regime has sunk and why there’s an overwhelming support for Juan Guaido as president."

You know the United States has imposed sanctions on the state-owned oil company of Venezuela, Petróleos de Venezuela, S.A. (PDVSA), with the effect of blocking Maduro's access to nearly $7 billion in US assets and $11 billion in export proceeds.

The whole idea of them refusing America's help is truly a spin.

Giving food to people is not policing. Who says China is their ally and not the US .. Maduro? Why don't you care about what the actual people say?

It's not spin, Maduro refused food aid, it's fact.

Speaking in the border city of Cúcuta, where Venezuelans have been sleeping in the streets and overwhelming hospitals, Santos said the chaos was being created by Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro.

“This is the result of your policies; it’s not the fault of us Colombians,” Santos said. “And this is [also] the result of your refusal to accept help, humanitarian aid, which we have offered in every way possible — and it’s not just us, but the international community as well.”

He refused to let Colombia send aid too. I guess Socialist paradises make food from thin air.

I've been hearing something similar to that as well. Something about Cubans shooting at the guardia nacional there.
