I hate to say it, but I think what's going to happen is Trump will decide not to run in 2020.

I think there is something to be said about that line of thought. Why would a billionaire want some of his last years to be in this position?

The only thing that throws me off is he's still doing rallies which makes it look like he's still campaigning.

My theory is he will run again, win again, and resign.

I sure wish conservatives would learn how to fight, instead of being beaten down naysayers and little victims. Name one thing Trump has quit in his life. Just one.

Being a democrat.

I can just about guarantee you, Joe Biden will never be president of the USA!

Never!

Neither will Hillary.

People said the same thing of Trump, and Obama, I remember hearing it.

Trump has resigned positions before.

You keep acting like every similarity is equal... People have also said the same thing about John Kasick, and Bernie Sanders, every similarity does not make it equal.

Different people, events, and a million other factors exist.

If I were a Dem...I'd easily prefer 'Sniffy Joe' over Bernski.
Biden, however, will not even win the Dem Primary.

As of this moment, I don't see Trump losing.

That may change depending on which Dem is chosen to finally run against him.

As I see it. If any of the old guard Dems are running vs Trump. Trump will win.

Except for maybe Bernie. He's the only one crazy enough to out crazy Trump.

Either way it will be an interesting election, break out your popcorn.

If I were a Dem, I'd be ashamed at my party for passing off Obama and then Biden as democrats.

I think 2020 will be a mirror image of 2016.

Dems win popular vote.

Repubs win electoral college.

Democrats are going too far left, they'll push Biden out. Trump has this country in too stable of a position, he'll win again.

Biden launches 2020 presidential bid, says 'we are in a battle for the soul of this nation'

In a video released early Thursday morning, Biden said that "we are in a battle for the soul of this nation."

And he means it !

I am one of those voters that didn't like Trump,
but really didn't like Hillary, and didn't vote for either. I didn't want to vote for the one I did vote for, but I believed they were the lesser of the evils we were given to choose from.

I don't think Biden can win, I have been wrong before. My problem is that it has gotten to the point in America that the only people running are opportunistic puppets that have no power to change the status quo.

Here is a little poll done on Biden/Trump. (yes numbers are easily manipulated)
One of the things that I think will be very interesting are the younger groups, GenZ & Millenials.
Some of them were not old enough to vote during the last election.

Biden has a significant edge over Trump among women (17 points), millennials (22 points) and independents (10 points).

While I'm not a fan of how he plans on funding his programs, I don't think it's a bad discussion to make education and health care more accessible. It can be done without adding cost to taxpayers.... In fact, I think there is an argument to being able to make it beneficial for taxpayers if done correctly. I've yet to see either party propose a correct path though.
