I'm still trying to establish how the Chief Executive exercising his constitutional power to direct the DOJ or offer pardons is now considered "obstruction of justice" absent of corrupt intent.

The constitution hands him the power to literally immunize a person from legal culpability in three different ways (pardon, commutation, policies of prosecutorial discretion). Judge Napolitano apparently believes the framers of the constitution meant to say exercising those powers is a crime...

Mueller apparently believes public criticism of law enforcement might be obstruction of justice now. So I'm looking forward to the mass indictment of the BLM movement based on their tweets...

Mueller literally acknowledges the difficulties of the President's powers, role and that obstruction would require corrupt intent. Then says he decided not the make a decision and leave it to Barr after admitting he cannot conclude a crime was committed.

But a talking head on TV wants me to believe the Special Counsel's confidential report to the AG was "really" an invitation to Congress for impeachment despite not concluding a crime was committed.

It's bizarro land.

The irony of the left being blue balled by "intent".

Fox News' Judge Napolitano skewers Trump: His obstruction's "unlawful, defenseless and condemnable"

BJ your headline is kind of mild. The judge, a conservative stalwart of Fox news skewers Trump and says:

www.salon.com...

Napolitano then makes it clear that he believes impeachment is a reasonable option because "the Constitution prescribes treason, bribery or other high crimes and misdemeanors as the sole bases for impeachment. We know that obstruction of justice constitutes an impeachable offense under the 'high crimes and misdemeanors' rubric because both presidents in the modern era who were subject to impeachment proceedings — Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton — were charged with obstructing justice."

Judge Andrew Napolitano, the senior judicial analyst for Fox News and anchor of "Liberty File" on Fox Nation, wrote an editorial on Thursday arguing that President Donald Trump has indeed obstructed justice.

Obviously napolitano should have remained an ice cream. Nixon was never impeached, he resigned beforehand. Bill Clinton, hubby of the evil dead, bride of Satan, Hillary was the only president in recent history ever impeached. As fa as napolitano goes, yeah, he has an opinion, big deal. Lol

Cheers - Dave

😆The 12 juiciest bits from the FBI's Clinton report😆

The actual report but it wasn't from the FBI, it was from the DOJ.

It is long, but the relevant page of the summay, page 14 (XIV) has the DOJ's recommendations which include nothing about Comey himself.

Elsewhere the report says that Comey acted in an ad-hoc manner as he saw fit but was not specifically politically motivated but rather was more concerned with perceived harm to the FBI's reputation and to his leadership of the organization.

You are easily led by your right-wing masters.
...

So you finally admit in being a far left-winger... Please don't use the word logic or truth when you talk about the trash you post. The report emphatically states NO EVIDENCE... Neither for collusion or obstruction. But keep barking up the wrong tree meanwhile you keep using false opinions as if it was evidence.

This whole debacle has distracted everyone from the true enemy which is neither R or D but both as all they do is divide and conquer us. United we stand divided we fall. How divided is everyone currently?

This explains why Andrew Napolitano is now so anti Trump and why Shepard Smith is not only anti-trump but is missing a lot of days on the air in the past 3 months.

www.thegatewaypundit.com...< br />

Shepard Smith needs a pardon for something that is coming his way. I wonder what that could be?
