I've always believed convicted criminals and even prisoners should have a right to vote... Basically, if your a legal citizen, then you should be able to have a say (in the form of a vote) in who runs the society and enacts the laws that you are bound to.
It's actually a no brainer for anyone who desires to live in a truly free society... imo.
