Impeachment is a political process
How bout your dems demonstrate some intestinal fortitude and attempt to impeach the bad orange man?
Remember political processes have consequences

It's a heads up : based upon Mueller's conclusion
There are indeed grounds for Trump's impeachment

No. There isn't. That is just spin on the Mueller Report

For sure, there'll be more investigations,
more outlandish denials, more derogatory
and inappropriate Twittering
from Orangina man stupid

There it is. That is why you want this to be true. Because muh Twitter. The President should not have freedom of speech routine. He really gets to you, doesn't he.

But, for all the more that he whines and winges
and his supporters do so too (that'd be you bunch !)

In case you haven't noticed, he is the one winning.

The World, outside of the Fox bubblezone
percieve Trump as he is

I would like to thank you. The evidence you have just presented for the impeachment of Trump has ensured that I vote for him in 2020. Trump is so good at reverse psychology, you actually may be working for him.

The U.S. Senate is not going to Impeach President Trump.

The DOJ is not going to Prosecute President Trump.

Only the whiny U.S. House might want to Impeach...which they're powerless to do on their own anyway.

What the hell are Democrats hoping to see happen???

I did not realize blasphemy was a crime in the US, and I sure didn't think it would apply to POTUS no matter how revered he was.

Learn something new every day, huh?

...and when this prediction of his path towards demise fails, will you just insist it quietly dies in the dustbin alongside it's dozens of predecessors, or will you eventually own the failure?

Go ahead and Impeach him . Please get it over with and make sure you got everything you need to get it done. It worked really good when they impeached Bill Clinton. I can't wait to see the results of this one .

What justice did Trump obstruct?

Simple question.

Anyone have the stones to provide a simple damned answer???

That's an easy one. He asked the head of his cyber security division to 'stand down' in his investigation into the Russian interference he had discovered. This was obstruction according to the legal definition, as it hampered a legitimate and active investigation. It proves conclusively that Trump didn't want the Russian meddling investigated or stopped.

Wait a sec... Am I confusing Trump with someone else???

Let me guess, this happened in 2014, right?

Not even that long ago. In 2016,apparently...

If he was guilty of collusion (which isn't even a crime), then he could be guilty of obstruction. But since he didn't collude, he didn't obstruct. In fact, the Trump admin was more forthcoming with documents than Obama ever was. If anyone obstructed true justice, it was the MSM and Schiff amd his ilk.

Dems like to hang their hat on the definition of obstruction including the "impeding of an investigation or legal process", thereby claiming that Trump doesn't need to have actually committed a crime to be found guilty of obstruction in the investigation process.

But my view on the matter is this: Fine, but in order to prove he obstructed the investigation process, you must first and foremost prove that the investigation was legitimate and valid. In other words, declassify the full extent of the FISA warrants and other supporting evidence leading to the investigation, and you can investigate the obstruction to your heart's content.

Like it or not, if they proceed with impeachment, they're going to have to satisfy many people that the investigation was legitimate and valid, and there's only one way to do that...
