I genuinely don't understand how anyone can see anything but guilt from this report.

Because we aren't wearing the ORANGEMANBAD goggles.

Honestly. I'm going to guess no one who continues to defend the president just listened to the AG Barr press conference and didn't bother to read the report.

There's nothing to defend. That's the irony you can't see because of your goggles.

There was no "Intent" to Obstruct and no reasonable Senator would vote to Impeach 😎😄

Indeed.
And! And Trump should be held to the same standard as Hillary!

I dont think this can be said enough. You are spot friggin on. There is CLEARLY something wrong/defective in these peoples brains. The scary thing is people who think like them can vote and ARE voting for more of it. They display ZERO common sense whatsoever.

It’s called mental illness.
If people can’t see that is what it is, they have it too.

Then you’re in the minority. Proof of that is the 2018 elections where Trump enablers in the Congress were routed.

So you admit you would vote for a criminal

This is a GEM!! Where to start?????

First, please do tell...what charges of law infractions is Trump facing???? What charges make him allegedly a "criminal"??????

Just tell us...WHAT ARE THE CHARGES AGAINST DONALD TRUMP?????

Oh, and BTW...the elections were in 2016....not 2018!

LOL!!!

He is probably talking about the mid-term elections that a few Dems won.
But forget trying to talk sense into these deranged lunatics.
Don’t forget this though......he voted for the real criminal....Hillary.

The conclusion that Congress may apply the obstruction laws to the President 's corrupt exercise of the powers of office accords with our constitutional system of checks and balances and the principle that no person is above the law.

Nonsense. That is all just double speak from a very biased person and only his opinion, which would clash greatly with how a federal judge would look at it.

That's not an "impeachment referral" bruh, now you're just playing dumb now.

Seriously, this whole thread is ridiculous, what did you folks really think about this? They have no arms, why should they? They've scrapped and scratched till boney nubs are all that's left.

That's rich coming from someone who call themselves "No Corruption Allowed."

I'm sure a federal judge would agree with Mueller's statement.

Yes, very clever 😎

Yes, Mueller very cleverly kicked the ball to Congress, giving them a very clear "impeachment referral", after explaining that it would be "impermissible" for him to indict a sitting president.

Yup that will work well in Congress for the next 18 months 😎

Perfect Red Herring 🦃🍋

Of course it is. What else would Congress do to apply the obstruction laws to the President 's corrupt exercise of the powers of office?

Keep that in mind especially after President Trump passes the baton to the next president and then immediately starts suing
all the people and representatives of companies and who wrote falsehoods and downright lies in newspapers, social media, even here (subpoenas will find you). Civil court reigns supreme in this country...

Or had any of you liberal doody heads thought about that?

Again, they COULD if there were cause, but theres not any, so they wont.

I hate to be the biggest jerk in the room here.

But you are either trolling

Or there are some other issues with being able to process information going on, in which case I would apologize for breaking your balls, because its borderline learning disability

They might not. They might wait for Trump's taxes to come in and for the NYSD cases. Remember, Trump is already considered a guilty co-conspirator to commit election fraud, to which Cohen pled guilty.

Just like you were sure Hillary would win, and then sure of the next thing, and then sure Trump would be long gone by now, and then your were sure again, and again, and again...

Fast forward to this morning, when you were SURE that Trump would be nailed to a cross this time around.

But everything you have been "sure" about has failed to carry an ounce of credibility and has failed. So anything you say at this point has no weight to it, and zero value.
Because you keep trying to find "corruption" using the little voices in your head telling you to just look at Trump. You keep believing it's there, but it isn't.

That is not a referral for impeachment

That is saying it is within congresses power to hold the president to obstruction laws

That is not a referral of impeachment
