Someone arbitrarily chucks my kid over the edge and there are two likely responses from me:

1. Break my neck trying to get to my kid

2. Break my neck trying to get at the person who did it

Only one response from me would be running down the flights of stairs to get to my child. Beating the sicko who did it would be last thing on my mind, just get to my child as quickly as I could. Wish I hadn't clicked on this, can only imagine the anguish of the parents

Depending on the place there are laws to at least reduce the charges to probation if it was your kid and you have to kill them rather fast

I'd wouldn't want to be in this position my kid or as a witness either way I think I'd be in prison.

A law existing dose not mean it's right tho it's a perfectly normal human reaction to flat out execute someone who try's to murder children its literally in our DNA and the only way our species has made it this far

In that situation, I would hope that while mom was rushing to her child, someone was stepping up to incapacitate the criminal. I wouldn't be thinking about homicide at that moment, I would likely be thinking he must be stopped by whatever means necessary.

I get what you are saying and you are certainly entitled to your own opinion, but you'd be hard pressed to find a jury that would convict under those circumstances. There have been several cases where someone has caught a dirtbag in the act (pedos) and beat them within an inch of their lives or even killed them.

I most definitely would try to rip that guys head off if it was my kid and I'm sure I'd do it for a complete stranger. We are talking an innocent five year old here. I can't sit by watching some waste of flesh get away with something like that. I couldn't live with myself.
