At every turn they clapped and cheered, enamored with the candidate’s prescriptions for universal healthcare, a humane attitude toward immigrants and the rejection of climate change denialism.
Bernie Sanders was the candidate, and the people clapping and cheering were audience members who turned out in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, for a televised town hall on Monday night sponsored by none other than Fox News.

Linkage
It was interesting. The Fox audience seemed to care about what he said and the cheers Medicare makes me think that the people who are getting screwed over by corporate manipulation really are just people. Bernie jumped the barrier and started talking to the very people that Trump's hate campaign appealed to. And he was a human being.
Socialist or not, Bernie took the gloves off.

2. There is no proof the majority of the crowd were trump voters or republicans. Just being in an audience on fox does not prove they are republicans.
3. Nice of foxs hosts to give Bernie a fair shake. Do you think CNN or MSNBC would do the same for trump?
CNN’s hiring of a GOP operative as political editor is even worse than it looks
4. Trumps hate campaign? Unlike Bernie who claims trumps policies kill people, trumps immigration plans that many people support are racist, and white people cant experience poverty like other races? Yeah old Bernie sounds like he is all about love.
5. Medicare for all may be popular for people. The current healthcare system sucks, I think Medicare for all will be a disaster. We shall see though.
6. Lets see how many people support Bernies support for the Green new deal, and eliminating cars in ten years, along with planes, giving racial based moneys to people, etc.
7. Bernie has no answers to the fact he is a hypocrite who rails against the one percent, while being the 1 percent and desiring more power.

And Bernie didn't take any gloves off... when asked about higher taxes he started ranting about how he didn't vote for Trump's tax plan.
But yet according to his tax records, he had no issue using it to his economic advantage.
Hypocrite.
You just have to believe him when he tells you he's just gonna tax the rich. Would a politician ever lie to you?

Seems like a pretty dumb move by Fox if they let their host get that far away from his comfort zone. That said, maybe they are that dumb. Obama won that region and Pensylvania isn't that far from Vermont - which is Bernies home ground.
Cnn has Rick Santorum on regularly. Amongst many other GOP operatives. Not to mention,
CNN’s hiring of a GOP operative as political editor is even worse than it looks

CNN is not a liberal wonderland by any sort and if you thought so then you aren't paying attention.
What? That sounds like you took a wide brush and painted the side of your mouth. Because it makes no sense.
-Canada enters the game-
Politics aside, the Green New Deal is inevitable. What do you think about increased automation. Electric cars? How about self sustaining cars driven by AI? Many jobs are on the line and the only people who benefit from that technological advance are the oligarchs in charge. The whole debate on jobs and outsourcing them and coal becomes obsolete in ten years and I am sure that you have considered that...
You don't know what you are talking about.

You don't know what the 1% is.
How Much Do You Need?
The top 5% of earners had average annual wages of $299,810 in 2017, according to the Social Security data. That’s more than five times the 2017 average wages of $53,474. Overall, this group lays claim to a 28.1% share of wages in the U.S.
To be certified as a one-percenter, you’ll need to earn $718,766. One-percenters have a 13.4% share of wages.

No matter how much Mr Sanders Paid in income tax President Trump has paid tenfold more over his lifetime. Mr Sander was unemployed until he was 40 years old, so he did not pay income tax for those years. Funny how math is killing Mr Sanders

Would Trump lie to you?
I'm guessing that you have as much interaction with him as I do Sanders.
So, same thing. Don't hypocrite in the middle of people pointing hypocrite fingers.

So why hasn't Trump released his tax records?
Bernie released his.
Trump is the hypocrite from where I stand.

Unless, now hear me out here....
Fox wasn't trying to take out Bernie! maybe it wasn't a dumb move on their part because they just asked people to attend without saying they had to be republicans.
But of course you assume otherwise.
If you think CNN isn't totally in the book for the democratic party you haven't been paying attention. Having a few people not running for office with an R next to them doesn't show they would give trump a fair shjake in a town hall. we k ow they wouldn't. I mean, they did just push the Russia collusion lie for 2 years, but what do I know.
You obviously don't know. And don't read. CNN is middle ground and they're bought. GO back to the links I gave you.
You're attacking CNN instead of MSNBC. Yes. I am paying attention.
Yes green tech is inevitable. I will come in plenty of time to save the earth under free market conditions. The dems and bernies desire to eliminate planes and cars in ten years, while refitting every building, and giving racial based moneys to people will destroy this country before the inevitable transition will take place.
I just can't believe that you literally typed that 'dems and bernie want to eliminate planes and cars'.
My mind is boggled at the clear misrepresentation.
I do know what I am talking about
the 1 % is people who earn in the top one percent for income.

You know, like Bernie earning over 1 million two years in a row.
But just like Bernie I guess your definition changes based on poltical beliefs. Its bad for some people to be rich, but not Bernie! he's good 1%!
Why is Bernie being rich bad but not everyone else you support?
