Good question. All I can think of is the type that would shoot up a school and then shoot himself. Maybe this guy had two thoughts in mind... Escape successfully or die in the fire.

BUT, I'm not saying that's what happened here. The thought that this was arson crossed my mind, but that's just a "hunch." I won't build castles in the air until I hear more.

Thats not what Beck said, he merely pointed out that there were quite a few other instances of vandalism on churches in Paris in the past week, and how this very well could have been another instance.
