Man, was that unreal or what?!!!

Me and my da watched Arnold Palmer win in 1986. I watched in 1997 when he hugged his dad in tears. And a few years hurt.

22 years!!!

OMG!!!

I told my golf playing buddy (Hank Hill’s voice):

Dammit Bobby!

There are only three times that you can see a grown man cry.

When he wins the Super Bowl. When he wins the Indianapolis 500. Or when he wins The Masters after his dad died.

That’s all I have to say about that..

Seriously, that was something to watch.

Just to correct you, Golf is a " World Sport " not a " U.S. Sport "

There is a forum for World Sports. I do like to get these things right.

Friday I had hope.

On Saturday, there were putts that didn’t drop. So I was glad he was still hanging around (at what, 8 under??).

Today had everything! The pressure from leading, Tiger lurking, then the turn at Twelve!

Oh this was really good stuff!!

*wipes tears away, again*

But it was the US Masters not Scotland or England.

Did you watch??

That would make it a " U.S. Tournament " not a U.S. Sport.

U.S. Sports are ones only The U.S. play or invented. Not to many of either of those though.

OK.

So international basketball is a US sport! Gotcha!

Will not make that mistake again.

In the meantime, they are replaying Tiger’s round from 5. Hope somebody else is digging this.

Even if it is European!!

No.

Basketball was invented by a Canadian.

It's played throughout the world though, so it'a a " World Sport "

There is a forum for " World Sports "

Here, try answering this question:

In what country was basketball invented?

Answer this question.

What was the nationality of the inventor of Basketball ?

Snooker was invented by British Army Officers stationed in India.

Does that make Snooker an Indian Sport ? Answer No

It isn't an Indian sport because snooker isn't a sport and only marginally less boring than golf or soccer.

snooker isn't a sport

Really ?

Snooker — a Cue Sport played on a table covered with a green cloth with six pockets. It is played using a cue and 22 snooker balls: one white cue ball, 15 red balls and six balls of different colors. Points are awarded for using the cue ball to pot the red and colored balls

Loved it! Tiger is a catalyst for the sport! He makes the game better by raising the performance of his competitors. Today was brilliant.

Superb win for Tiger. Great for golf too.
I loved watching his round today, when he was winning majors all those years ago tracer tech was not around.. was awe inspiring to see visually how he was able to work the ball left and right.
What a player.

It could not have been a better victory. I mean he pulled away from a five-way tie for first with several others closely on his tail. He stayed consistent, hit those vintage tiger shots (notably at 16) and took the victory. I'm not sure it could've been any sweeter.

I was fortunate enough to be at the course on Friday. After the rain delay, 80% of the spectators left. It was an amazing gift to be able to see almost every shot on his back-nine push. It was an experience I'll never forget, made only more memorable by the fact that he won.

What a comeback!
