Thats pretty scattered.
Except for Iowa they all touch the great lakes region though widely seperated in that too.

Seriously though, I'm in Ohio and my Facebook feed has been not wanting to load quite right, but outside of that no big issues as of yet. My Instagram was jacked up the last time there was issues.

I know that doesn't fit the Conspiracy woke mind approach but as Occam likes to say "the real world is a pretty boring place" .

It never fails to amaze me that people jump to "something nefarious is going on" when a piece of infrastructure has an issue in some way. For anyone in IS they have made a living off things breaking, progressing and evolving. None of that is magic and I'll bet you anything this alleged outage wasn't either.

You use ATS, why is FB crap in comparison?

ATS:
Message system which doesn't even light up an icon to show you have mail
Profile page with wall to post your pics etc
Star and flag system to show support of posts and images etc
No notifications if someone replies to your posts

FB:
Message system which shows an icon, and can notify direct to your cell phone
Profile page with wall to post pics, comments, videos, links etc
Likes system to show support, disagreement, laughter, anger, and shock/wow
Notifications if someone replies to your posts
...and free video phone calls

ATS is only different to FB in the sense it is an inferior platform of social discussion.
I actually prefer public discussions on FB to ATS, for many reasons including the censorship here, and the freedom to discuss things which ATS won't touch, or ban happy mods who are not at all consistent in their decisions.

Basically, if you think FB is crap then explain how ATS is not inferior as I assert.
If I had to lose one digital platform out of the two I would lose ATS in a heartbeat.

I don't have a facebook feed, so it doesn't really matter. Besides, most people who have "friends" on facebook don't have friends as much as they have acquaintances. I wouldn't consider a large group of internet strangers as "friends"

Why would I trust the owners of ATS owners any more or less?
Why would I even care either?
Everything I post online I have no problem the whole world knowing, same with digital communication from emails to the insecure message system on ATS.
Russia could easily advertise on ATS if it wanted to, there is no control by the owners over what comes on their ad revenue stream, and Russian trolls can easily post here, and probably do.

Nope, your examples are poor, because the same could be said about ATS.
I think ATS is inferior to FB and I explained why above, but I could present more reasons if you wished.
