Halper might have been Kashoggi'd?
Papadopoulos claims Halper and Turk asked him probing questions about his knowledge of Russian plans to release Clinton campaign emails. Halper, who is in his 70s, might have also been involved in an effort to provide U.S. intelligence with derogatory information on Michael Flynn, the former national security adviser.
Halper reportedly raised concerns about Flynn’s interactions with a Russia-born Cambridge graduate student in 2014, when he served as director of the Defense Intelligence Agency.
The student, Svetlana Lokhova, has vehemently denied insinuations in the press that she tried to compromise Flynn during his visit to Cambridge. The Times reported one of Halper’s Cambridge associates passed Halper’s concerns about Flynn to American intelligence officials.

First thing Barr should expose is the agency that was handling Joseph Mifsud to try and entrap the campaign. That, as well as exposing both Alexander Downer’s and Stefan Halper’s will implicate a lot of people at the very top of the Obama administration.

It was an international effort. I have to believe that there is
providence at work here in that Trump withstood a storm
of epic proportions.

The Communications Over Various Feeds Electronically for Engagement Act
Democratic representative Mike Quigley introduced the legislation.
The Communications Over Various Feeds Electronically for Engagement Act (COVFEFE Act) is a bill introduced into the United States House of Representatives in 2017 (on June 12th), during the 115th United States Congress.
The bill would amend the Presidential Records Act to preserve Twitter posts and other social media interactions of the President of the United States, and to require the National Archives to store such items.

Since 2010, Library of Congress has been archiving every single public tweet: Yours, ours, the president's.
But today, the institution announced it will no longer archive every one of our status updates, opinion threads, and "big if true"s. As of Jan. 1, the library will only acquire tweets "on a very selective basis."
