The White House described Trump's order as a move for "transparency" requested by various congressional committees. It called on the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, the Justice Department and the FBI to immediately declassify the surveillance and Ohr documents as well as all FBI reports of interviews connected to the surveillance warrant on Page.

In the Sept 2018 declass order, COATES, SESSIONS (Rosenstein?), and WRAY were the recipients. As Q pointed out, today's order was directly to AG Barr. Does Barr have authority over DNI Coates?

If they were ordered to carry out the operation by the Government, ie, the PM then they are following orders for a black operation and that is quite legal. The repercussions come when a Foreign, very powerful, President is angry with you and wants payback.

If they acted on their own then they will go down.

I could interpret that as:

a) 5 buckets of DECLAS = 5by5 but post number means the 5 will be made up of drops of 3 and 2,
