9th has DJT appointees now.

Who would have standing to ask? They'd have to know what it was to rule, and since it is exclusively Executive Branch I would guess no one outside could demonstrate standing.

Barr just gave a speech that decried the local judge interference as not being Constitutional and is destructive. Maybe he was signaling...
