Those were executive orders that were objected to by Left plaintiffs. This is where a court is ordering POTUS (office of) to do something. I think this would move to SCOTUS.

It took 9 months for the case to reach and be decided upon by SCOTUS. I wonder if these various subpoena challenges will move up to the Supremes, and be decided on, as quickly?
