BCG is in the rear position. You can see one of the locking lugs.

If the front sight is a synthetic material which I think it is, it's a no no to mount it on the gas block. Under rapid fire the heat could make it become unstable or maybe even melt the mount.

Look's like the barrel might be free floated --- if it is --- the EOTech holographic sight should have no problem in the accuracy department, being mounted on the forearm like that.
