This is beyond disturbing.

American Bridge obtained a 28-page spreadsheet from the government, which lists pregnant teen and pre-teen migrant girls, how far along their pregnancies were, if the pregnancy was a result of consensual sex, if an abortion was asked for, and notes including last menstrual cycles.

Lloyd was the head of Trump’s Office of Refugee Resettlement. He is an anti-abortion activist with virtually no prior relevant experience. Under him, the agency denied migrant girls their right to an abortion, despite being ruled illegal in a recent lawsuit.

Instead of providing pregnant minors with options, Lloyd and his staff pushed them to get anti-abortion counseling. A judge ordered the government to stop blocking this access to abortion on March 30, 2018. But there are entries on the spreadsheet that date back as late as June 2018, meaning that Lloyd might have blocked abortions after this ruling.

I'm disturbed by the stories about many of these young migrant girls. Say what you want about illegal immigrants, my heart goes out to these kids... kids... and then we hear about this creep pushing his own religious and political agenda beyond bounds. It's unthinkable. Is this what small government looks like? Actively monitoring the wombs of young girls and women? Gee I wonder how much tax payer money and resources was spent on this guy creeping up like this? This administration knows no bounds and Scott Lloyd is a clear example of this.

Is this a taste of what we're in store for following a hypothetical repeal of Roe v Wade? I don't think reality is too far off.

Do illegals have the right to get abortions?
Or any other right for that matter?

I agree, it's disturbing. Abortions should be mandatory for all illegals. No more anchor babies.

When you get into America, you get a Planned Parenthood abortion punch card.

First 10 rounds are 20$ but the 11th one is free.

I lost my card around 8.... kinda pissed, I was almost there.

Why stop there? We need to spike the water to sterilize them.

Can't let them walk away from a misdemeanor unscathed.

Where is it a constitutional right for illegals that have never paid into the health care system or paid taxes to get free health care and abortions? Where does it say it's a human right to kill the unborn because these silly bitches think abortion is contraception, that goes for stupid dems/liberals as well. I've seen this for a long time, dems/liberals think everyone else are responsible for their actions. Most Conservatives and definitely libertarians believe they are responsible for their own actions.

From this, by extrapolation, dems/liberals as a rule appear to have arrested development.

Cheers - Dave

It may sound strange but that proves they get to see doctors even for female issues. Of course the dims are lacking on people identified as females so they don't understand.

where ever it says in the Constitution otherwise? human rights are not all etched in ink.

if they have no rights at all maybe we can just kill them on sight? they're not citizens, we wouldn't be liable for anything...

What a monster! You mean Lloyd actually tried to give pregnant girls an option to get counseling to not kill their babies? What is this world coming to when we think it is OK to birth a live human?

When Trump was elected the Never Trump crowd should not have blacklisted his administration. He likely would not have ended up with as many turds as he has.

Meanwhile, it’s been claimed that women and girls are being raped during the trip to the states....and this asshat decides to monitor their cycles? He’s both denying abortion services, and creating more anchor babies at the same time...

www.foxnews.com...

David Leopold, chairman of the Immigration Law Group, says despite reports of migrants marching and singing the Honduran national anthem as they make their way to Mexico, the trek out of Central America isn’t a “fun ride” but one filled with unimaginable abuse directed at women and children.

“The trip is awful,” Leopold told Fox. “(Migrants) are susceptible to crime. Women get raped, children are in danger. It’s not simply sitting on a bus and it’s not a fun ride.”

The Bill of Rights describes rights afforded to....American citizens. Illegal immigrants are not... American citizens.

the agency denied migrant girls their right to an abortion

What portion of the Bill of Rights describes this “right to abortion” you speak of? And how would this imaginary right be afforded to illegal immigrants?

I am also concerned about the statistics being shown that so many girls and women are being raped on their journeys to make it to the US. Why wouldn’t you want this information being collected? It will let us know at what point of thier journey they were abused. It would be no different than any other woman wanting to track thier pregnancy, but it is especially important to understand this data for victims of abuse.

I also have no problem attending to these people’s medical needs if or when they do make it here. Illegally or otherwise. I’m not sure where to find the info, but i do know that it is our legal responsibility to attend to anyone who makes it here.

The only problem i do see here, is that this guy, or his office, was denying medical treatment in the form of abortions for rape victims. Religious beliefs do not supersede established law.

I found this pretty disturbing as well. It is quite the violation of privacy and person.

To be objective, I would like the government to define exactly why it is their responsibility to monitor the very private bodily functions of minor girls. How does it serve the rights and best interests of these girls? Are these girls being detained and in government custody? Are they living in communities with their families? Sponsor families? If they are concerned about these girls being raped, then what preventive measures are being taken to make sure they are not raped? And so on and so forth.

Surely it is far more practical and humane to treat the cause before the effect.

And for the record, these minor girls have the same exact inalienable rights granted by our Creator that citizens have. Their "illegal" status is not their fault or responsibility, and does not in any way negate their natural rights. It is the responsibility of the government to protect and defend their rights. Not use their power and authority to violate their rights.

If they make it into the US, they cannot be turned away from medical treatment.

This is one reason why it is important to protect our borders in the first place.

Meh....its only disturbing cuz Trump did it. If Hillary did the same thing you would be on here raving about how good an idea it was.

So break it down in reality here....were the illegal kids being looked after or not?

And why aint you mad at Honduras or Mexico? That is where the real abuse is.
