Seen Simple Minds, James, The Farm, Nirvana, Sepultura, Pantera and The Stone Roses at the Barrowlands to name a few.

It's mint mate, and one of the best venues in the UK.

Don't do the pubs next to it through beforehand, they can be a bit mental.

Plus the town is like a couple of 100 meters away and full of half decent drinking parlors.

It's great isn't it.

Great atmosphere with great people.

Seen SLF there twice, The Levellers and Cock SParrer once each.

That's the attraction, real pubs with real people!
Been there quite a few times, usually before and after concerts but a few times with some Glaswegian mates.

Sorry Gents, got to dash....and you know where to!

Well put it this way, i would not take a wee bird into those boozers, and expect her ta be very impressed.

Probably coz my Mrs would remove my testicles and serve them up to me in an empty Pizza box all the same.

It's generally all old dudes most of the time nursing a pint and playing dominos, their patter is indeed fantastic through.

A load of the clientele are old Glasgow razor gang types through, mad squad and then some. LoL

Salt of the Earth all the same also.

As long as it's not Rose West you can vote for whoever you like.

End of the day through Tory Austerity has killed far more kids than that cow.

To be honest i think most of us would vote for Skeletor right now.

Coz Boris will make a right crap He-Man.

So once again the house of commons computer says 'NO' on all scores.

Who would have guessed that one was coming?

When are they going to have a Tug of war that's what i want to know?

Yes - the traitors were pushed back again.
How many times do the traitors have to be told.

The people voted to leave the EU. Get on with it.
April 12th No Deal Brexit.

I did not see much pushing, just a lot of repetitive prattling, to be honest.

People are divided UKTruth, but that does not make them traitors.

If you are for a 2nd referendum or a permanent customs union or a Norway type deal or revoking Article 50 - you are, in fact, a traitor. Tonights votes were an attempt to overturn the referendum result, nothing less.
Now the same people want to rewrite the exact same scheme and vote again on Wednesday.

The route forward is simple - LEAVE with no deal.

Well you know what they say about name calling. LoL

Canny be a traitor if you had no loyalty to there cause in the first place.

The route forward is anything but simple.

To imagine so is rather naive really.

It is really quite simple.
People voted to leave - check.
80% of people voted in the general election for parties that said they would uphold the referendum result - check
500 MP's voted to leave on the 29th March with or without a deal - check.

There is really nothing complicated at all.
The EU would not give us an acceptable deal to leave, so we leave with no deal. Very very simple.

The only thing complicating the issue are traitors, bolstered by a corrupt media, trying to undo all previous agreements from the people's vote in 2016 and right through the triggering of Article 50.

I am disappointed in the attempted rejection of the law.

i was perhaps too optimistic
in thinking the winning result validated by government and parliament then manifestoed

i await to see the final legal outcome of this whole turd-hot-tub for the health and well being of all citizens.
those that are meant to represent us may well have too much skin in the game to side with a democratic result.

The only traitors i see are the ones standing in Westminster trying to punt the dead pig that is the Brexit debacle thus far.

Our politics are as broken as stupid Mays deal.

Brexit or no Brexit, hard, soft or whatever shape it takes won't resolve that fact.

Ah there you go - the true feelings come out ... The referendum choice of the nation is a 'dead pig' to Remoaners - why? because traitorous politicians and the MSM keep trying to sabotage a democratic vote to leave.

You're lucky that traitors are treated more mercifully than they used to be.

They're not traitors. That's too strong and unhelpful. They are just people with a different opinion than you, wrapped by party politics and a good deal of piss-taking, which includes being out-of-touch. Labour is playing for another General Election and putting petty politics before country, the popularist Scottish nationalists are playing for independence and therefore relish the turmoil of taking a contrary view on everything, and the Conservatives are playing for God knows. Give the Prime Minister some credit for being the only person who has had a consistent plan. Everyone else has just been sniping.

Of course many MPs who never wanted to leave the EU, are swayed by their own narrative of the harm of leaving, but to date I've not heard anyone actually articulate clearly why we should be staying on principled grounds. It's all negative politics and doom, rather than the "give us a reason". This negative politics is perhaps the most depressing, helped in a good part by the media and (sadly) the BBC and their opinionated correspondents.

That is all true enough but the bottom line is that they are ignoring the vote of the people to leave the EU which to me is quite disgraceful. They are meant to be public servants and this is meant to be a democracy.
