What we can say with 100% certainty is that neither Trump, nor any of his campaign team, committed any crime with respect to collusion with Russians and that Trump did not commit the crime of obstruction of justice.

What we can say is that Trump and his campaign staff repeatedly lied to the FBI, Congress and the American people and Russia knew they were lying. That makes Trump and his campaign staff compromised as hell. Trump may have been shielded from actively participating in the Russian hacking and the dissemination of the DNC leaked documents, but he asked Russia for their help, and they provided it. He repaid Russia for their help in several ways, including changing the language of the National Republican Platform to favor Russia in the Ukraine.

Most likely, no major Spygate Declassifications, until after the OIG FISA Abuse investigation is completed.

Any hints or guesses as to when the OIG might be done with it?

There is no law that says that Attorney General can't release the Special Council's report.

For example, Trump lied to the American People when he said he had no dealing in Russia while he was still negotiating building his Trump Tower in Moscow. Russia knew that he was lying. Manafort, Cohen and others lied and knew Trump was lying.

Eric and Don Jr both declared mothatst of their cash flow came from Russian investors, then they lied about that. Russia knew they were lying.

They lied about the Trump Tower meeting. Russia knew they were lying.

That makes Trump, his sons and his campaign officials in the know compromised as hell.

Didn't Trump said he had no investments in Russia? "Investments" and "dealing" are quite different.

There are laws concerning the release of information, actually. There is classified material and grand jury proceedings information in, for example, both of which are restricted from dissemination by law. So releasing it today unredacted would be illegal.

I'm all for declassifying and releasing as much of it as possible. But adding nonsense throwaway comments doesn't advance the conversation. At least not in a way that is meaningful.

There is no law that says that Attorney General can't release the Special Council's report.

here you are
www.law.cornell.edu...
so we have established there actually is a law?
www.govinfo.gov...
and a law that actually says what the AG is supposed to do with a Special Council report

(c) The Attorney General may determine that public release of these reports would be in the public interest, to the extent that release would comply with applicable legal restrictions.

www.law.cornell.edu...
Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure › TITLE III. THE GRAND JURY, THE INDICTMENT, AND THE INFORMATION › Rule 6
is one of such restrictions

as to the actual report

That notification must include "a description and explanation of instances (if any) in which the Attorney General concluded that a proposed action by a Special Counsel was so inappropriate or unwarranted under established Departmental practices that it should not be pursued."

which means explanation of any action the attorney general took to block something a special counsel wanted to do

sorry you got lied to by the msm

oh no
are you so naive to think someones words when speaking to a reporter carry the same weight as when under oath to congress or to the fbi?

your opinion is that they lied
as to the law they have not

unless you can source otherwise

Your link says nothing about it being illegal to provide Congress with the evidence provided in the report. Nobody, except some Republicans, are demanding classified information to be released, or the identity of secret agents or informants or confidential information regarding the identity of the Grand Jurors to be released.

The House Judicial Committee is demanding that the evidence the Mueller gathered be released.

Frankly, at this point Democrats and liberal media can enjoy the feeling of self imposed disenfranchisement for repeatedly lying to the American people in the name of their agenda and misusing the American legal system, again, to push their agenda. Adults are now discussing and governing, so the left can sit quietly until said adults are done and then, maybe, we'll take a moment to listen to them and respond to their issues. Until said time, they can feel free to ligma.

mkay
stiffen that neck
grand jury info is excluded BY LAW
the doj regulations explicitly forbid releasing info on those not charged as they have not been charged

Nobody, except some Republicans, are demanding classified information to be released, or the identity of secret agents or informants or confidential information regarding the identity of the Grand Jurors to be released.

you just did

After the House Judicial Committee receives Mueller's full report

and

The House Judicial Committee is demanding that the evidence the Mueller gathered be released.

the "full" report will never be release per what the actual law says
sorry you don't understand that
