But they never say exactly HOW he has, or is, "obstructing justice". Take an excerpt from this week's NY Democrat Magazine, for instance..

Barr’s summary does not detail all the obstruction (or perhaps, obstruction-like) steps Trump has taken, but it does note many took place in public.

The most damning was his repeated encouragement of his campaign lieutenants not to cooperate with Mueller’s investigation.

His lawyer reportedly dangled pardons for Michael Flynn and Paul Manafort, and there is almost no doubt the prospect of a pardon encouraged Roger Stone to stay strong.

And these words from the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, Democrat Jerry Nadler..

"It’s very clear that the president obstructed justice," Nadler said, citing Trump's frequent attacks on special counsel Robert Mueller; his alleged request that the FBI go easy on former national security adviser Michael Flynn; and his admission that one reason he fired FBI director James Comey was to stop "the Russian thing."

If the President has obstructed/is obstructing Justice, who on the Democrat side is qualified to make that legal determination and recommend impeachment?

The Attorney General of the United States, William Barr, has already cleared President Trump of conspiring with Russia, and obstructing justice.

Are Democrats thinking they can change Barr's mind?

I find it interesting that actual US citizens think another US citizen loses their right to speak freely if elected US President.

Shouldn’t the same then go for all politicians? Not my belief, I believe no US citizen gives up any of their Constitutional Rights unless they squander them away under existing law.

Liberals and the MSM don't see the need for investigations, law enformcement, a judiciary, nothing like that. You have to remember that they see themselves as judge, jury and executioners. That's the way tyranny works. They are just proving what we all know they are.

Trump needs to take the gloves off.
Mueller report is in.
Time to DECLASS the FISA info Mr. President.

"It’s very clear that the president obstructed justice

Funny, they said the same thing about collusion up until a couple days ago. Its BS.
These morons will NEVER stop looking for anything to impeach.
You know, BAMN or some such nonsense.

Before 2017, most citizens wanted Presidents who were more personally transparent. When they get one in Donald Trump, there's a lot complaining because he's transparent. Go figure.

Most likely, no major Spygate Declassifications, until after the OIG FISA Abuse investigation is completed.

It's not up to William Barr. It's up to Congress to decide whether the president is guilty of committing "high crimes and misdemeanors", and whether or not those crimes meet impeachment criteria.

Nixon's Attorney General didn't determine Nixon's guilt or innocence, Congress did. Bill Clinton's Attorney General didn't determine Clinton's guilt or innocence, Congress did.

That's correct wrt impeachment. What Barr does do, with his dept, is determine whether or not they have evidence to bring charges.
What we can say with 100% certainty is that neither Trump, nor any of his campaign team, committed any crime with respect to collusion with Russians and that Trump did not commit the crime of obstruction of justice.

Whether the Democrats want to impeach regardless is up to them. I hope they do. The optics of them impeaching a President who has been cleared of what they claimed will be great - for the President.

It's check mate. Trump won this battle and made the haters and accusers look like complete buffoons. All you have left is bitterness and the forlorn hope that a political impeachment will somehow result in the removal of Trump by 2/3rds vote in a Republican run Senate. Best of luck.

They now have to prove his "attacks" were obstruction of justice and not the protestations of an innocent man staring down a witch hunt. History is going to spit all over these people as will future generations.

CNN rigged the election and the "GREEN NEW DEAL" was born. It failed yesterday's Senate vote miserably...0 for it, and 57 against.

True that! In fact, the coupe started in 2015...with elements of it still at work as we speak.

CNN's CHRIS CUOMO implied this morning that he has proof Trump colluded with Russia. Mueller got it wrong.

After the House Judicial Committee receives Mueller's full report, and after they make a determination based on the evidence provided in that report that a crime or other behavior that harms the American people has been determined.
