Good point. The reporting i have seen over here is all about trying to stop the report being released. If true, that just seems weird. Surely the
whole point of such an enquiry is to demonstrate guilt or innocence? To then not release the report just gives more ammunition - it is totally
illogical (if true).
I think Dan Rather is absolutely right according to the most basic definitions of what propaganda is versus news:
